Story
Auggie is a 3-year-old Lagotto Romagnolo. Rehome did not offer Lagotto as a breed option, so I selected Doodle because he is non-shedding and often mistaken for one. Auggie is a good dog with a sweet heart and big personality, but he needs the right environment to thrive. He is high-energy, easily excited, and does not wear out easily. He needs lots of daily physical exercise, structure, patience, and ideally another well-balanced dog in the home. A secure yard or space where he can run would be best. This is a very hard decision, but my current schedule and family situation do not allow me to give him what he needs consistently. Auggie needs experienced dog owners who understand dog behavior and can provide calm, consistent guidance. He is not a fit for apartments, first-time dog owners, or anyone looking for a low-maintenance dog. With the right active, patient home, Auggie has so much potential and will be a wonderful companion.

Got him about a month ago at the spca. He is 2 years old according to the spca. The spca told us someone dropped him off in the lobby and drove off :/. Im looking for a good home for him, he's very calm and house trained. He's very clingy if you let him. He loves dog parks and all. He is very picky with some foods. He listens very well. He doesnt rip up anything, He can sit, lay down and catch food if u throw it. He doesn't jump on people. He does need soft food because the spca told us he got some teeth taken out. The reason we are giving him away is because of how my partners allergies got worse over time to the point where she needed to go to a hospital. We have his bed, food, treats, collar, leash, toys, pumpkin fiber powder (for food) , omega 3 fish oil (for food).
