Nikki and Koda ended up in a shelter in SoCal after their owner passed away. They had lived on a piece of land in Temecula with other dogs of all sizes, cats, chickens, pigs ducks and goats. Nikki had been with her owner since she was a puppy and was described as the mama dog on the property and the animals would all go to her. She even raised a goat as her own! Nikki knows her basic commands and has the sweetest disposition. She loves to snuggle into pillows and blankets for a comfy nap. Nikki is an easy-going girl who craves human affection and has been described as “loving baby animals.” Nikki's son, Koda, is half lab, half malamute who was born on the family ranch.
