Story
Meet Dove Dove is a professional happy girl with a PhD in People Loving. Her hobbies include wagging her tail at full speed, making new human friends (old ones too—she’s not picky), and assuming every person she meets is there specifically to adore her. She’s cool with other dogs and would be thrilled to have a canine sidekick, but she’s looking for a cat-free home—she says it’s “nothing personal,” just a lifestyle choice. What Dove really wants is a family of her very own: people to cuddle with, follow around the house, and greet like she hasn’t seen them in years (even if they just went to the bathroom). If you’re searching for a joyful, loving, slightly silly companion who believes life is better with constant affection, Dove is ready to move in and steal your heart.

Rocky is a friendly, large dog. He likes attention. Rocky would benefit from training and plenty of play time. He was playful when meeting another dog. He has jumped over a couple of 6-foot fences so will need to be watched in that respect. We think he would do best with children ages 12 and older. Are you ready for a new furry friend? Come visit with Rocky.

Story
This little GSD "Imposter" is Yeti. He's a super friendly mix of labrador and terrier (guess) and about a year old. Yeti was surrendered to his trainer due to the owner's health issues.  Yeti is an adventurer at heart who would love to spend his time running around and going on hikes with you. Afterward, he's happy to cuddle up on the couch and watch a movie. He's a true cuddle-bug. He can be a high energy boy at times but settles down when asked to chill out a bit. He's a good boy. Yeti is currently in a foster home and doing great. He seems to attach more to men but likes the ladies, too. He's housetrained, crate trained, walks good on leash with no reactivity. He's a friendly young boy that only takes a minute to be your buddy (and a treat or two helps). Yeti is ok around other dogs and could live with an older, calmer playmate however he would probably prefer to get all the love and attention himself. Yeti was ok with cats in his prior home but they were outdoor cats and it could be different with an indoor cat so maybe no cats for this guy. Yeti is great with kids and lived with three youngsters in his prior home. He's an all around nice guy looking to start his next chapter with an active, loving family.  Yeti is a courtesy post for our friends at Second Chance Canine Academy Training and currently fostered in the Santa Rosa area. If Yeti is adopted in Sonoma County, he comes with several in-person training sessions. If adopted out of the county, he comes with several virtual training sessions. If you are interested in adopting Yeti or learning more about him, please call Caitlin at 707-843-9940. No need to complete the BAGSR application. Just contact Caitlin directly.  ##2641191##

Story
Josie is a 3-year-old Lab/Cattle Dog mix with a gentle heart and a loving personality. She’s playful, smart, and eager to please — whether it’s chasing a ball, going for a walk, or curling up for cuddles with her family. Josie enjoys the company of big dogs who are respectful and well-mannered, but she isn’t a fan of small animals, so a home without them would be best. She’s been working with a trainer on her leash manners and is making great progress! Her favorite moments include relaxing in the sun, belly rubs, and spending quality time with her people. With her affectionate nature and playful spirit, Josie is ready to be a cherished part of her forever family. Could Josie be the perfect companion you’ve been looking for?
