If you missed Ferdinand the first time he was here, now is your chance to welcome this happy and friendly boy into your life! He was adopted just 3 months ago and was returned because a dog was more work than the adopter anticipated and Ferdinand was in his kennel most of the time. Ferdinand is active, happy, and very food motivated. He is reported by his adopter to be cat and dog friendly and does well with children too...though he is a young, large breed young dog so children and parents should accept and be tolerant of the fact that he will jump in play and may knock little ones down....it's the nature of large breed young dogs. His adopter did report that he still needed work on potty training but a young dog locked in a kennel most of the time will struggle in that area. A little bit of patience, love and routine will go a long way in this area.

He's a delight. He appears to know sit, shake, down, and he loves playing in water and drowning the tennis balls. He is strong on leash and needs some work but he's a boy that simply ready to go. He is improving on leash, let me just say treats will take you all the way with guy. He is extremely food motivated. He can get over stimulated in the shelter environment and jump and mouth but outside of the shelter environment, he appears to be much better mannered. He seems happy just to lay at your feet after his exercise. He will grumble when bored just to let you know he would like to be pet or those potato chips you have look yummy. He is reportated to be potty trained, but I would expect some adjustment in a new environment.

Meet Curry he is a 6 yr old yellow lab who has been in a home until recently, He is said to be dog friendly, and good with children. Cats did not seem to bother him. He walks well on leash and knows basic commands. We are still getting to know this handsome fellow. What we can say is that Curry is a bit confused here. He is not sure why he is no longer at home with his family who did not have time for him. Please consider making time in your life for this well mannered handsome fellow.

Hi, friends! If you’re looking for a new lovely lady in your life then look no further! My name is Lucy, and I am a 1.5 year old Labrador Retriever Mix who weighs 25.7 pounds.  My favorite thing to do is give lots of love and affection. I am not a high-energy pooch and am described as very easy going. The couch is my best friend. I love to lounge around, especially in my human’s lap on the couch.
