Lifehouse has a redheaded lady looking to adopt a human of her own. Pearl is an 11 year old Lab/Retriever mix. She may be considered a senior because of her age, but she sure doesn't know it! Her foster home reports that Pearl is completely house trained. She loves going for walks or hikes and can chase the felt off of a tennis ball. This gal is much more active than she appears. Although she is active, she also appreciates a good nap and sleeps through the night consistently. She is 35 pounds of love, waiting to find a human to enjoy life with. Do you need to be adopted? Reach out to Lifehouse to schedule a meet and greet! Pearl is waiting for YOU. Our adoption fee helps offset the cost of preparing our guests to enter a forever home! Story
Luna needs an owner with experience training dogs. Or an owner who can afford a trainer. She started out amazing. I have had her since she was 6 weeks old. When she was 3 we welcomed a new dog to our home. Thats when things changed. I am not sure if she became protective over the puppy but she started showing signs of agreession. She has snapped at a neighbor's dog, thankfully she wasn't close enough to harm her. Anytime she sees another animal, the aggression kicks into overdrive. We live in the city. In a neighborhood and I can not risk her hurting someone's animal or child. She has snapped at my youngest child twice now. The older she gets the more unpredictable she is.

Story
Hey, I'm Groot! I'm a 2-year-old lab mix, and I've only been at the shelter for about a week. I can be pretty shy when we first meet, but if you give me some time, patience, and kindness, I'll slowly come out of my shell and show you my sweet personality. What I'm really looking for is a calm, loving home with people who will help me feel safe and comfortable while I learn to trust and settle in. Once I warm up, I love to play, spend time with my people, and soak up all the snuggles I can get.I may need a little extra patience at first, but I promise I have so much love to give to the right family.
