Story
Hi, I`m Jason! I`ve spent quite some time observing the world with wise, patient eyes. I`ve mastered the art of friendship, always greeting everyone with a wagging tail and a gentle nudge. My days are filled with dreams of cozy walks and quiet evenings by someone`s side. I love learning new tricks, showing that you can teach an old dog new tricks! If you`re looking for a loyal companion who`s calm and caring, I`m your guy. Let`s make wonderful memories together, one paw print at a time.

Story
My name is Joy. I am a sweet and shy 14 week old lab mix puppy girl. I would be great in a home with another dog to help bring the shy out of me. I have started to come out of my shell. But I need love, patience and another dog to help me reach my inner pup!________________________________________________If you would like to meet one of our adoptables or learn more about them, please submit an application at https://animalrescueneworleans.org/adoptfoster/.**Note: Our shelter is open by scheduled appointment only after your application is approved. Story
My name is Fruity. I am only 7 months old and weigh 39 lbs. Did you know I am a movie star dog. I played a smal role in an independent film. I figure I will be up for an Academy Award as Best Good Girl Dog. I was good with the actors and children. No accidents while filming either. Move over Lassie. I would love a home of my own! I was found with my siblings abandoned in a crate on the side of the road, I am a big lover!________________________________________________If you would like to meet one of our adoptables or learn more about them, please submit an application at https://animalrescueneworleans.org/adoptfoster/.**Note: Our shelter is open by scheduled appointment only after your application is approved. Story
Hi! I’m Baloo! My previous family would joke that I am part cat as I love to lounge around watching the world go by and absolutely love chasing a laser light! I do also love a good play session outside (I’ve newly learned my love for fetch with a tennis ball), giving lots of licks with my extra long tongue and being around my best friend and twin sister Nola. My sister Nola has been by my side my whole life and we are nicked named “the Twinkies” due to our identical reactions and bond. I enjoy walks but can get distracted on getting to the destination - wherever that is! Even though I’m mostly lab - I am not a fan of water but I will be good for bath time. The vet can be a little scary for me but as long as they are gentle and slow, I’m okay. I know basic commands - you might have to repeat yourself cause I get distracted with the excitement of life - I know: sit, & kennel and I am working on paw & stay. I am kennel trained as well as food release trained (ask me to sit before meals and I will wait until you say “okay”). I am good with cats and have been around them my whole life.Would love a home with my sister and best friend Nola________________________________________________If you would like to meet one of our adoptables or learn more about them, please submit an application at https://animalrescueneworleans.org/adoptfoster/.**Note: Our shelter is open by scheduled appointment only after your application is approved.
