Story
Dean is 1 year and 10 months old. We adopted him from a shelter at age 4 months. He had been found abandoned at 2 months old. Dean is a healthy and typical young lab - lots of energy and craves attention. He loves to play with toys and run around outside. He is house trained, crate trained, and has learned several commands. He bonded quickly to my teenage grandson as well as to myself. It is unknown how he would be around younger children or cats. He is reactive to other dogs but we believe he could be socialized. Our own personal health issues during the past year has made it difficult for us to care for Dean. Thus, we are looking to rehome him. Someone with experience and patience training a dog would be best.

Story
Honey recently arrived from PMAR’s Alabama rescue partner and is already showing what a sweet, social girl she is. True to her name, Honey is affectionate, outgoing, and loves being around people. She is spayed, fully vetted, and currently settling into her foster home, where she is doing well on leash and enjoying learning her new routines. Honey has been friendly with everyone she’s met so far and approaches new experiences with curiosity and enthusiasm. As with any dog adjusting to a new environment, Honey will need continued training, structure, and support to help her reach her full potential. With consistency and guidance, she is expected to thrive. Honey is ready for her next chapter and is looking for a foster or forever home committed to helping her continue growing into the wonderful companion she’s meant to be. Story
Meet Biscuit  Biscuit is a young male blonde lab/pittie mix currently thriving in an upstate NY foster home — and he’s every bit the happy, curious puppy you’d expect. Full of energy, personality, and potential, Biscuit is learning what it means to be part of a home. Like all puppies, he’ll need guidance, structure, and consistency as he grows, but he’s already showing how eager he is to learn and connect with his people. Biscuit would do best with a family who understands puppy life — training, patience, and routines — and is excited to help shape him into a confident, well-mannered adult dog. If you’re looking for a playful pup to grow with and build a bond from the start, Biscuit might be your guy.All of our animals are examined by a veterinarian, given age-appropriate vaccinations, dewormed, microchipped, spayed or neutered, heartworm tested and treated if necessary. Story
Sweet Morticia, an 11-month-old ACC survivor, has already shown incredible resilience and a gentle heart. But right now, what she really needs is a dedicated FOSTER or FOREVER home to help her be the best she can be.   Currently in a temporary foster in Binghamton, Morticia needs a home without small dogs, cats, or kids under 15—a tougher match, which makes finding her next step even more urgent. Like many young pups, she’s eager to learn but still needs guidance and structure to reach her full potential.   She’s spayed, fully vetted, and ready to move in—all she needs is someone willing to open their heart and home.   All of our animals are examined by a veterinarian, given age-appropriate vaccinations, de-wormed, microchipped, spayed or neutered, heart-worm tested, and treated if necessary.  Vet references and a home/family visit are required, and an adoption fee applies.  Transport options are available within our area of operation, including Pennsylvania, the tri-state area, and New England.
