Story
Born in April 2020 Gus is a 65 lb Love Bug.I began fostering him recently when his family fell on hard times & could no longer care for him.He is neutered and up to date on vaccinations.100% housetrained and knows how to use doggie door.If no doggie door available he will just keep coming back to you untill you offer to let him out .Gus adores cats (his prior home , he was only dog with five cats)He does great with my large breed male dog but has known him since puppyhood .So im not 100% sure how he is with all dogs.Gus to my knowledge has never been around children but I think would do well with children that were old enough to understand that all animals should be treated lovingly. He is a character with a crooked grin and silly personality. Will play ball by his self ,walking around the house bouncing and catching it.He loves toys but does tear them up sometimes. I will be actively teaching him basic commands & manners as he waits for his forever home .

Story
Meet Naila! Naila is a young Lab/Boxer mix with a smile big enough to light up the whole room. Her start in life wasn’t easy — she was found abandoned in a hot car alongside a small dog friend and then spent six long months in a shelter with no adoption interest. But despite everything, Naila’s spirit never dimmed. During her shelter stay, Naila battled severe chronic ear infections that eventually required a TECA (total ear canal ablation) surgery in her right ear, leaving her deaf on that side. But don’t worry — this brave girl doesn’t let it slow her down one bit! She’s adapted beautifully and gets around with confidence, joy, and her signature goofy wiggle. Naila is pure sunshine. She loves people, leans in for affection, and greets everyone like a long-lost friend. She’s a silly, happy soul who enjoys playtime, belly rubs, and simply being near her humans. Naila does wonderfully with male dogs and would love a canine buddy who matches her friendly energy. Because Naila is a playful gal we think older children would best suit her.  Naila is looking for a loving home that will cherish her, celebrate her resilience, and give her the happy, safe life she has always deserved. She is working hard on her crate training, leash skills and basic obedience while she stays with us to help her be successful in a forever home. Naila has not been around cats but can be cat tested for serious applicants.  Adoption fee includes; spay/neuter, microchip, microchip registration, dewormer, fecal testing, flea/tick prevention and age-appropriate vaccines. Naila would do great in a home with...Cats : Dogs : Prefers male dogs Kiddos : 10+   ##2588006##

Story
Cooper is a 8 year old family dog. I have had him since he was 8 weeks old. He is a sweet and fun loving boy. I have an incredibly busy schedule and a toddler. Cooper knows all basic commands and is not food protective at all. My 5 year old is able to pull toys right out of his mouth with no fits from Cooper. Cooper needs consistent activity and I have not been able to give him that in over a year. He just wants to be loved and I want to give him a family that can give him the attention and exercise he needs. Cooper would also be great a single person or a couple.

Story
1 year and 3 month old neutered lab/german Shepard mix who will be due for updated vaccines in February. High energy, playful, and extremely loving! He is crate trained, muzzle trained, & knows basic commands like sit, stay, & leave it. It breaks my heart to rehome him but due to an unexpected change in my living situation and new tension between my older dog and him, I think it is best. My other dog is the cause of the tension because Shadow is extremely playful and does not know when to leave her alone. Because he struggles respecting boundaries & is also leash reactive, he would do best in a solo dog household with minimal interactions with stranger dogs. Apartment living is NOT ideal for him. Exploring and playing outside is what he enjoys most, besides cuddling, so he would thrive with in a home with a yard.

Story
Dobby is a one-year-old Lab mix with the softest personality and the sweetest floppy ears. His ears are truly his signature feature, especially when he walks fast and they fold back like tiny capes fluttering behind him. Dobby loves everyone he meets and seems to prefer being near his humans above all else. He is gentle with children and has spent time with tweens and teens, and while he hasn’t been around toddlers yet, he has such a calm and kind nature that he would likely do well. Dobby is house trained and working on crate training. He will go in when coaxed with a treat and stays calmly in his crate when left alone for a few hours. He enjoys the company of other dogs, especially those who play gently, and has been around dogs in the 30 to 60 pound range. He hasn’t been tested with cats or other animals yet. Dobby enjoys walks and does well on a leash, though he still needs help getting into the car. Once inside, he rides quietly unless something startles him. He loves all toys, is happy to play or curl up for a nap, and overall has a reserved, easy-going energy. He comes when called and is learning sit and shake. Dobby’s favorite moments are simply being near his people. He will follow you from room to room and happily relax on his kitchen dog bed while you cook. He closes his eyes with pure contentment when you scratch behind his ears. When you look at him, he gives off the sweetest message: he just wants to love and be loved. Dobby would fit beautifully into almost any home and will make a very loyal, gentle companion. To see more pictures and videos, copy and paste this link.
