Story
Meet Spidey! Spidey is a 3 month old Lab mix and the sibling of Cosmo. He is a sweet, playful puppy who loves to explore the world around him and spend time with his people. Like most puppies his age, Spidey enjoys running around, playing with toys, and wrestling with his siblings before settling down for some well deserved naps. Spidey has a curious personality and is always interested in what is going on around him. He enjoys attention and affection and will happily stick close to his humans once he warms up. He is still learning all the puppy basics like house training and manners, but he is a smart boy and eager to learn. As a Lab mix, Spidey will likely grow into an active and loyal companion who will enjoy playtime, training, and being part of a family. He would do best in a home that can provide structure, patience, and plenty of love as he grows. Spidey is currently being fostered and is ready to find a family who will help him continue learning and growing into a wonderful companion. Spidey is being fostered in Texas but can be transported out of state. You can apply directly for Spidey by clicking the Apply for Adoption button on the linked page. https://www.shelterluv.com/embed/animal/FODS-A-824 All our dogs come with 30 days of free post-adoption support through Petcademy.org. Story
Meet Clover – A Gentle Soul with a Forever-Wagging Tail Clover is one of those dogs who quietly steals your heart. With her soft ears, soulful eyes, and tail that never seems to stop wagging, she radiates sweetness and gratitude. Clover doesn’t ask for much—just to be close to her person, feel safe, and be loved. Clover is currently being fostered in a loving home in Seguin, Texas, where she is thriving in her own gentle way. She shares her days with her best friend, a 25 lb Corgi, and the two enjoy calm play, companionship, and cozy moments together. Clover has a naturally submissive, easygoing personality and showed no concern around larger dogs at the shelter. While she hasn’t yet been introduced to kids or cats, her tender spirit suggests she would do best in a calm, loving environment. She is crate-trained and house-trained, rides beautifully in the car, and walks nicely on a leash. Clover isn’t a dog who needs constant activity—she simply wants to be near you. Whether she’s curled up on her dog bed, resting on the couch beside her foster mom, or quietly following you from room to room, Clover’s happiest place is wherever her person is. Clover does have special medical needs that make her story even more meaningful. She has Megaesophagus, which is well managed with a simple feeding routine using frozen, meatball-shaped meals. She also has torn ACLs in both back legs, which are inoperable due to her other medical condition. Because of this, Clover needs a home that can offer a calm, low-impact lifestyle and understand her mobility limitations. Despite everything, Clover remains gentle, loving, and content—asking only for soft beds, routine, and affection. Clover can be a little shy around men at first, but with patience and kind words, she blossoms into a devoted companion. Due to her medical needs, transport would be too difficult for her, so Clover is available for adoption in Texas only. Clover is searching for a special forever home—one that sees past her challenges and straight into her heart. In return, she will offer quiet loyalty, endless love, and a tail that never stops wagging for the family who chooses her. To see more pictures and videos, copy and paste this link. Meet Charlie! Charlie is an 11-month-old Lab mix weighing in at 60 pounds of pure love and puppy energy! This playful boy is full of life—he loves romping around with other dogs, chasing toys, and soaking up every cuddle he can get. Charlie has all the best puppy qualities: curious, affectionate, goofy, and always ready for fun. He’s potty and crate trained and is eager to learn and aims to please. When playtime is over, he’s happiest curled up next to you for a snuggle session. Charlie does live with a cat but not sure how he would do with one that wanders through the house alone. He is not suited for apartments as he can be noisy in a kennel when left alone for a little bit. If you’re looking for a loyal companion with a big heart and even bigger smile, Charlie’s your guy! Playful. Cuddly. Friendly. Everything you love about a puppy in one adorable package. Dennis – 3 Month Old Puppy | The Lovable Little Menace This three month old pup is full of personality, curiosity, and just the right amount of mischief to keep life entertaining. Dennis is the more outgoing one of the bunch and always ready to explore whatever is happening around him. If there is a toy to grab, a puppy to wrestle, or something new to investigate, Dennis is already on it. His playful spirit and fearless attitude make him the kind of puppy that keeps everyone laughing. While he definitely lives up to his mischievous reputation, Dennis is also incredibly sweet and loves attention from his people. After a busy day of adventures and puppy antics, he is more than happy to settle down for cuddles and recharge before his next round of fun. Dennis would do great in a home that enjoys an active playful puppy and is ready to guide him as he grows into the smart confident dog he is already showing signs of becoming. If you are looking for a pup with a big personality and an even bigger heart, Dennis might just be your perfect little troublemaker. Dennis is being fostered in Texas but can be transported out of state. Story
Available in TX only! King is a one year old Basset Hound/Lab mix with a gentle soul and a laid back nature. He is still gaining confidence and can be scared of new things, especially loud noises, but once he feels safe he settles in nicely. When he gets excited he can be a little jumpy, though most of the time he is calm and easygoing. King truly enjoys running around the yard, going on walks, and soaking up outdoor time. He has a playful side and loves playing fetch with frisbees and balls. Tug of war is another favorite game, and he is a big fan of chew time. Knuckle bones, hard chew toys for power chewers, and anything he can safely gnaw on make him very happy. King is crate trained and house trained, which makes him an easy addition to a home. King does have a prey drive and enjoys chasing squirrels and frogs, and he will chase cats, so a cat free home is recommended. He also has a sensitive stomach and does best on sensitive stomach dog food, as treats like milk bones do not agree with him. King would thrive in a patient, understanding home that will give him time to build confidence and continue showing him the world is a safe place. With love and consistency, he will be a loyal and loving companion To apply directly for King, push the "Apply for Adoption" button. https://www.shelterluv.com/embed/animal/FODS-A-751 All our dogs come with 30 days of free post-adoption support through Petcademy.org. Story
Meet Mary Ann and Ginger, an adorable bonded pair of medium-sized rescue dogs who are searching for their forever home. These super cute girls have spent their entire lives on their own until they were recently rescued. Despite their rough beginnings, Mary Ann and Ginger are incredibly sweet and are now learning to enjoy the comforts of a loving home. Both Mary Ann and Ginger get along wonderfully with other dogs, though they haven't had the chance to meet any cats yet. They need a patient adopter who will give them the time and space they need to adjust to their new surroundings and discover the joys of being cherished pets. Ginger, who bravely underwent heartworm treatment, is now healthy and heartworm negative. Both dogs are fully vetted, spayed, microchipped, and on preventatives. They even tolerate baths and absolutely love being petted. Currently, Mary Ann and Ginger are being fostered in Seguin, TX, where they are receiving the care and love they deserve. If you have a kind heart and a gentle hand, these two sweethearts will surely reward you with endless affection and loyalty. Adopt Mary Ann and Ginger and give them the loving home they've always dreamed of.
