Story
Video: https://www.youtube.com/shorts/G5d1Z7b-ae0 Jabarkus is an 11 month old sweetheart who almost died in a high kill shelter just because they had too many dogs and black dogs often get overlooked. He weighs about 45 lbs and is an absolute angel. Great with people, dogs of all sizes, and with cats. He walks well on the leash and does well in the crate. He is the perfect dog. He is currently still in Oklahoma where he was rescued but he can only be adopted out of state where people treat animals well. He has to be prepaid and picked up directly from transport at one of our transport drop off locations below. If things don't work out for some reason, which rarely ever happens, we will either find a local foster to take him in or he will go back to Oklahoma on our next transport until a new home is found. Note: No dogs are advertised as potty-trained because most dogs need at least some re-training in a new environment and after being in a shelter/rescue environment/strays. www.facebook.com/desideratarescue (copy and paste into a new browser window) Transport locations: - Washington State (Kennewick, Spokane, Tumwater, Tacoma, Tukwila, Lynnwood/Edmonds, Bellingham) - Oregon (Portland and Springfield) - Colorado (Ft Lupton) - Idaho (Heyburn and Boise/Meridian) - Utah (Ogden) - Wyoming (Evanston, Rock Springs, Laramie) - Montana (Missoula) - Illinois (Vandalia, Springfield, Chicago) - Indiana (Spiceland, Burn Harbor) - Michigan (St Joseph, Battle Creek, Ann Arbor) - Wisconsin (Madison, Wausau, Eau Claire, Appleton, Milwaukee) - Minnesota (Minneapolis/St Paul) - Iowa (Des Moines) - Ohio (Columbus and London) - Pennsylvania (Erie, Pittsburgh and Harrisburg) - New York (Buffalo and Albany) - Connecticut (Enfield) - New Jersey (Bedminster) - Nevada (Las Vegas) - Arizona (Flagstaff) Vetting: neutered, microchipped, rabies vaccine, bordetella vaccine, dhpp vaccine x 3, lepto vaccine x 2, dewormed several times, on monthly flea and tick prevention, on monthly heartworm protection, heartworm tested (negative). Story
Video: https://www.youtube.com/shorts/4dEXBQuHFe0 Zane is the sweetest boy. He is a chocolate lab mix and is about a year and a half old. He loves other dogs and is great with cats too. He loves water and romping around the woods. He loves getting pets and kisses. He enjoys being outside so a home with a yard would be best for him. He is happy, calm, loving dog. He is currently still in Oklahoma where he was rescued but he can only be adopted out of state where people treat animals well. Phanta-female-spayed-2 years-72 pounds. Meet Phanta—she`s absolutely stunning! With her sleek, almost solid black coat and big brown eyes, she’s a real beauty. Phanta is a lively love bug with a life-of-the-party personality, always eager to join in with boundless enthusiasm. She’s a smart girl who adores playing fetch and has a soft spot for squeaky toys. In fact, she can happily sit in her kennel squeaking a toy for entertainment. She’s simply adorable and gets along well with other dogs. She might be a little much for some dogs because of her energy level. If you have a spot for this girl in your life, apply to meet her at www.cchswi.org DATCP License #266742-DS

Spayed or Neutered,
Story
Meet Gale! Gale is a neutered male black Labrador Retriever, approximately 1 year and 4 months old, weighing about 50 pounds. He's fully vaccinated and full of life, love, and enthusiasm. Gale is a total sweetheart who adores people and thrives on attention, affection, playtime, and being close to his humans are what make him happiest. Gale has a lot of youthful energy and would do best with an active family ready to continue working with him as he matures. He loves to play and explore, and like many young Labs, he can be curious and a bit mischievous — he is known to counter surf if given the opportunity. Supervision and continued training will go a long way in helping him succeed. He is crate trained and does excellent in his crate. Gale sleeps through the night in his crate without any accidents, especially when his crate is placed in the bedroom where he feels secure. He has never had an accident in his crate and goes outside to potty immediately when taken out. He may have an accident if you let him free roam and don’t monitor him due to still learning the home life potty training. Gale gets along great with other dogs and does just fine with cats, making him a good candidate for a multi-pet household. With his loving personality, playful spirit, and loyal heart, Gale has the potential to be an incredible companion for someone willing to give him structure, patience, and plenty of love. 📍Being fostered in Taylor, WI 🏁My adoption fee is $350 and you can see more about the rescue at https://lastpawrescue.org. Our website takes days to update so please apply even if I’m not on there. ✅You can apply directly at https://www.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/LPRI/Dog?fbclid=IwAR2NSCms13xrrfdH2mAbM1hPg5dQoC0ruvNJI3TsFtZtsWp9PvNx46zC6SM 501(c)(3) Approved WI Agricultural Licence#285589-DSR
