She spent much of her life fending for herself, and she’s still learning that the world can be a safe and loving place.Guinn is fully vetted and is currently heartworm positive, and still needs to undergo treatment. She will need a calm environment, limited activity and rest while she receives her heartworm treatment. With proper care and support, dogs typically recover very well, and she’ll be well on her way to a healthy future.She’s a shy girl when it comes to people and will need patience and understanding as she builds trust. But where Guinn really lights up is with other dogs. She absolutely loves them! Around canine friends, her playful, joyful personality comes out, and it’s like watching a different dog.
