Winter is a 6-year-old spayed female Great Pyrenees/Australian Shepherd mix with a gorgeous golden and white fluffy coat, soulful eyes, and the cutest floppy ears you`ve ever seen. This sweet girl is the definition of gentle and is looking for a family who appreciates the quieter things in life.Winter has a calm, easygoing personality and prefers to take life at her own pace. She enjoys leisurely exploring her surroundings before happily returning to her favorite place—right next to her people. If you`re willing to provide back scratches and belly rubs, you`ll quickly earn a devoted best friend. She loves affection and will often lean against you while soaking up every bit of attention.This mellow lady already knows how to sit and offer her paw, proving that even seasoned dogs can have a few tricks up their sleeve. Winter enjoys spending time outdoors and loves basking in the sunshine, but she can overheat easily and doesn`t seem to enjoy hot weather for long periods. She`ll need a mindful owner who can help keep her cool and comfortable, especially during the Texas summer.Winter appears to be dog-friendly, but as with all shelter pets, a meet and greet is required with any resident dogs.
