Aaron is a 2-year-old, 23-pound Lhasa Apso/Terrier mix who is equal parts sweetheart and comedian. One look at his adorable little tongue peeking out (thanks to a missing bottom canine tooth) and you’ll be completely smitten. This handsome boy does wonderfully in a kennel and is housebroken with the use of a dog door, making him an easy addition to your home. Aaron is a gentle, affectionate pup who loves people and enjoys being part of the family. He gets along best with female dogs and would thrive in a home where he can have calm canine companionship or be your one-and-only prince. Aaron has a sweet nature, a soft soul, and just the right amount of spunk to keep life fun. If you’re looking for a loyal, loving companion with a one-of-a-kind smile, Aaron might be the perfect match for you! Please understand you are committing to providing a good home for his entire life (up to 15+ years or more.) You must be committed to housebreaking, age-appropriate enrichment and exercise, leash training, grooming needs, and positive socialization. His adoption fee is $200. Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Meet Banjo Banjo is a 3-year-old Lhasa Apso / Wheaten Terrier mix with a joyful spirit and a heart full of love. This happy, playful little guy is the definition of a lap dog—he adores being close to his person and soaking up all the attention he can get. Banjo enjoys car rides, leisurely walks, and then curling up right next to you when the day winds down. He gets along well with dogs and people, though he can be a bit bossy around food with other dogs. Because of this, he does best either as the center of someone’s world or in a home with just one other dog, as long as meals are fed separately. Banjo would truly thrive with a single person who wants a devoted companion to spoil and love endlessly. In return, he’ll give you unwavering affection, loyalty, and plenty of happy moments. Adoption fee: $300 Transport available to the Northeast or Midwest for $250 Apply to adopt Banjo: www.adoggie4you.org If you’re looking for a sweet, loving shadow who just wants to be your dog, Banjo may be the one you’ve been waiting for.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.January 13, 2026, 10:26 am

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. My name is Tyler. I came to the ranch from the valley, where I was scheduled for euthanasia in 2013. My first parents had a young child that hit me with sticks, kicked me and hurt me. One day I decided to fight back, and I bit the child, so I ended up in the slammer. I was barely a year old, so my foster mom decided to give me a chance. My foster mom loved me. She let me sleep with her, she treated me good and let me play with toys and go for walks with her. It took me about a week to trust her, but I loved her lots.  Unfortunately I had to come back to the kennels when she couldn’t foster anymore.  My kennel mates are good friends.  We play and love each other.  But I really would like to have a real family before I go to the rainbow bridge.  I have been at the rescue since 2011, they love me, but it’s not the same.  I know it’s partly my fault.  I used to bite new people.  Hey, but the good news is I only have 4 teeth, so I can only gum you.  I have been living with Pat since I lost my teethys.  She says I am too old to be in the kennels.  For the most part this is great, but I have to share her with lots of other babies.  Mommy says she is going to find me a special forever home that will be patient and give me the time I need to get to know you. Are you the special family mommy told me about?  I have been waiting for 11 years to find my special family, but mom tells me not to worry.  Someday I will get my wish.   To adopt this dog, please fill out an application at www.adoggie4you.org.  He was born around 2/5/2013 and weighs 21 pounds.   Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.August 6, 2025, 3:28 pm
