Story
🌼 Meet Our “Gentleman’s Club 7” Breeder-Release Maltese Dogs 🌼 (Reginald, Clarence, Edwin, Percival, Wilfred, Bertram, and Theodore) Reginald, Clarence, Edwin, Percival, and Wilfred are being fostered together and are starting over after living their whole lives in a breeding environment. They are scared and under-socialized, but with patience and kind routines, they can begin to feel safe and loved. 💖 Personality & Temperament * Very timid and unsure of people * Learning what it means to live indoors and be part of a family * Each dog is different—some may approach sooner, others may need more time to feel safe * Get along with other dogs 🏡 Ideal Home We’re looking for patient adopters who understand that these dogs are starting from scratch and will need time to adjust. Requirements & Important Notes: * Securely Fenced-in yard required: They are not leash trained yet and are too frightened for walks. * Somewhat potty trained: They’re learning to use pee pads indoors and will need continued guidance and routine. * Not leash trained: They will need time to get comfortable with a leash. They do not potty on leash hence the fenced in yard requirement. * A calm, patient home is best, and a friendly resident dog can help them learn faster. 🌱 What They Need From You * Time * Patience * Soft voices * Gentle, slow moving hands * A commitment to helping them learn that the world is safe In return, you’ll get to witness one of the most beautiful transformations: a scared little dog discovering joy, comfort, and love—maybe for the very first time. Adoption fee: $350.00 plus tax Apply at: www.camp companion.org

Story
Nova is a gentle, sensitive soul who’s looking for a patient and loving home. She was released from a breeding facility. This shy pup is still learning that the world is a safe place and will need a calm adopter who can help build confidence at her pace. With encouragement, consistency, and lots of kindness, Nova continues to make progress every day. What really helps Nova shine is the company of other animals. She loves other dogs and does wonderfully with cats, making her a great candidate for a home with furry companions. Having a confident dog friend would be a big plus and a wonderful source of reassurance. Nova is potty trained, but has not learned how to ask to go outside and uses potty pads at times. She does best with a predictable routine. She is still learning how to walk on a leash and would do best with a fenced in yard. Once settled, she is sweet, quiet, and deeply appreciative of gentle affection. Watching Nova gain trust and confidence is incredibly rewarding, and the bond you’ll build will be something truly special. If you have a soft spot for shy dogs and a heart for helping one blossom, Nova could be the perfect addition to your family! Apply to adopt at www.campcompanion.org Adoption fee is $350 plus tax.
