Aven is an adorable little **Maltese** with a big personality packed into a tiny body. This bouncy girl loves treats and happily follows you around, always wanting to be part of whatever you’re doing. As a breeder release, Aven has made wonderful progress and is really settling into home life. She now comes right up to you when she wants to be picked up and is more than happy to join you on the couch for some cuddles. She’s a sweet, affectionate companion who truly enjoys being close to her people. Aven is doing well with potty training and is kennel trained. She’s also comfortable in a home environment—she can navigate stairs and knows how to use a doggie door like a pro. She is still working on leash training, so she’ll need a patient adopter to continue helping her build confidence. Aven does wonderful with other dogs and they have helped her along the way. She doesn't have to have them in her home though. If you’re looking for a happy, loving little girl who’s already come so far and is ready to keep learning, Aven might be the perfect match. Meet Willie Willie is a 13-pound teddy bear with a big personality and an even bigger love for other dogs. If there’s a playmate nearby, Willie is all in! He absolutely thrives in the company of canine friends and would love a home with another playful dog to romp and bounce around with. Ok, lets be truthful. Willie wants 10 dogs in his new home as he wears each one out. haha Willie also loves TOYS and doesn't mind the snow. Willie is a happy, friendly little guy who enjoys being part of the action — especially if that action involves dogs. He prefers dogs over people and is what we lovingly call “fearful of capture.” That means he doesn’t like being cornered, grabbed, or forced into something before he’s ready. If you try to catch him, he’ll dodge like a tiny ninja. It’s not mean behavior — it’s self-protection and uncertainty. With understanding and respectful handling, he does beautifully. The good news? Willie is smart and thrives with routine. He is kennel-trained, and his kennel is a helpful, positive tool when it’s time to leash up. He is potty-trained and does best with a securely fenced yard attached directly to the home, so he can go in and out without needing to be physically caught. This setup helps him feel safe and keeps everyone stress-free. Once he is actually on a leash or picked up, he is very friendly. Willie loves going for walks and does well in the car. He’s good with people as long as interactions stay calm and on his terms. He’s looking for a peaceful, patient home experienced with dog behavior — someone who understands that trust is earned, not forced. Best with no kids or older respectful kids. Meet Edwin 💙 — a tiny 7-lb Maltese breeder release with a huge personality and a talent for making people laugh. Edwin is a funny little guy who brings big, joyful energy… especially when other dogs are around. Edwin is still getting used to living in a home with people. He will snuggle his foster mom on his own and is slowly becoming more comfortable with being picked up and petted. What he lacks in confidence with people, he more than makes up for in his love of dogs — they make him very happy and help him feel safe. Edwin is under-socialized, but with patience, gentle handling, and consistent, kind routines, he is beginning to feel more secure and learn what it means to be loved. He’ll do best in a calm home that lets him move at his own pace and celebrates small wins. He walks well on a leash if he’s accompanied by another dog. Edwin is doing well going potty outside on a schedule with the help of his foster family’s dogs as role models. REQUIREMENTS: • Edwin must have another social dog in the home (all sizes are fine!)
