 ALL our cats and dogs are in the NY area but can be adopted out of state to the purrfect furever home.  In some cases, we can help transport.  Zani's al fresco Summer Adoptions  follow us on FB to find us this summer as we will try new locations to meet the needs of NYC and support the little stores:)     Pure is arriving to us on Feb 26 from Saudi Arabia.  A 2.5y male Maine Coon mix is a little dominant with other kitties if he doesn't love them but is very playful and cuddly if he does. History: found abandoned but too cuddly and friendly to leave behind, he was the easiest catch ever-- he just entered the carrier and enjoyed being safe indoors again. spayed/neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and tested negative for FIV/FELV. Charlie! He's a kitten ANGEL! 's Story Older kittens, Momma and Young Adult cats make some of our best therapy snuggle buddies. They tend to think of their humans as an extended part of their mothering duties and these beauties are all incredible. Gorgeous supermodels but with hearts of gold. Let's talk about them individually: Spunky - this 5m old chocolate floof is so gentle and sweet. She had a rough start to life but is a smushy purrmaster who just can't wait to have a home of her own. She is old enough to go solo, but does prefer a quieter home as she can be initially apprehensive. But once comfortable, she is sweet doll. Has a wound that is healing but otherwise she's kitten purrfection! Charlie - this 6-7m old floof is as cute as a button! He came to us with a heavy upper respiratory infection which is now almost 100% cleared. Luckily no polyps etc... as we had him checked when neutered recently. He is smushy lovey and very very sweet. Can be nervous at first, but then is such a great purrmaster and biscuit maker! Everest - this 2-3yr old angel in cat form is INCREDIBLE. Her foster wanted to adopt her soooo badly because this girl is SOOOO loving and so great with everyone she meets that EVERYONE falls in love with her. What a great girl and so fun for any family big or small. She's perfect hands down the best! Loves other pets too! Sansa and Arya - double the rainbow double the supermodels double the cuddlers. They are soooo soooo sweet and sadly owner moved leaving them at a shelter terrified. Arya has the adventurous personality while sis Sansa is a quiet cuddler. Bothl delightful beyond words - possible therapy cats! Fully vetted bonded so cannot separate Please make sure to READ our ADOPTION GUIDELINES. Meet Marco Beautiful, playful one and a half year old male Maine coon mix. He was born outside in Merrick and the finder/feeder decided to bring him in as he was super friendly and was seeking love and affection. He is full of energy and purrs as soon as he sees you. He is a snuggly companion who loves rolling over for belly rubs and snuggling. Monk Foster/Home Needed – Long Island, NY area Meet Monk. He is a 14yr old male, purebred Maine Coon cat. This older gentleman needs a new home because his mom sadly passed away. He's sweet but a little shy and skittish. Monk is a loner, an "old soul", preferring his own company. He gladly tolerates the other cats he lives with but doesn’t necessarily doesn't engage with them. Monk is neutered, chipped and UTD on all vaccinations.
