Marshall is a little over 2 years old and has been part of our family since we got him from family. Unfortunately, due to an upcoming move with dogs, we’re looking for a loving new home where he can feel safe and comfortable. Dogs make him very anxious, and he tends to hide under the bed when he’s scared, so a home without dogs would be ideal. With a very slow and patient introduction, he may be able to adjust to dogs in the future. Marshall is such a sweet, loving, and cuddly boy. He’s wonderful with other cats and little kids, loves attention, and doesn’t mind being picked up or handled. Once he feels safe, he’s an affectionate companion and the perfect indoor house cat. We really just want to find him a caring family who will love him and give him the safe, happy home he deserves.

Story

Bean and Sprout were given to me 5 years ago as kittens. They are brother and sister and very loving, calm and never aggresive. Adoption is available for one or both. They are inside/outside, when they choose, during sunny weather but inside most of the winter and can absolutely be kept indoor if you like. I will be back and forth to Florida and cannot travel with them. Both are independent but love rub downs and enjoy sitting in your lap or curled up next to you. They have warmed up to each catsitter I've had when I travel, but it takes a few days to warm up to others with feeding them treats.

Sprout and his sister Bean were given to me 5 years ago as kittens. They are inside/outside if weather permits, otherwise, they stay inside for most of the winter, therefore can adjust to being indoor only. Sprout can be a very loving lap sitter. Always stretching out on his back, feet in the air! He can independent and will come to you when you call him, or if he wants anything, like rub downs or treats. Both cats are calm and never aggressive, but together they are very good but do get on each others nerves and hiss and a bop from time to time. I am going to travel back and forth alot to Fl and must unfortunately rehome them together or separately.

Meet Gemma, a one-year-old tabby with the most gorgeous markings and absolutely stunning golden eyes. She came to us with her five babies — Pebbles, Opal, Flint, Mica, and Slate — after their little family was found living in a quarry in Waterbury. Now that her babies are nearly all adopted, it’s time for this beautiful mama to have her chance, too. While Gemma is understandably very shy and cautious around people, she thankfully isn’t feral. Because of this, we believe there’s a good chance she once belonged to someone and may have been dumped at the quarry, left to fend for herself and eventually raise her babies there. Despite everything she’s been through, we see so much potential in this beautiful girl. Gemma may not be the kitty who immediately runs up asking for pets or curls into your lap on day one — but that doesn’t mean she won’t get there. She simply needs someone willing to give her what she hasn’t had enough of: patience, time, consistency, and love. With the right family who will allow her to adjust at her own pace and celebrate the little victories along the way, we truly believe Gemma can continue learning to trust and blossom into the loving house cat she deserves to be. Sometimes the animals who make you work a little harder for their trust end up making the journey that much more special. Her adoption fee is $225, and Gemma is vaccinated, FIV/FELV negative, microchipped, and spayed.
