Nebula was surrendered when her owner had to move and was not allowed cats in her new home. She is bonded with Noelle Joy although she doesn't care for any other cats. She loves dogs and people of all ages. She is tentative but Noelle Joy helps her with her confidence. She likes to be around everyone but prefers not to be picked up. She likes TV, treats and toys.
