Maine Coon kittens & cats in Maumee, Ohio

My boyfriend and I adopted Lulu around November 2011. We call her the craigslist kitty. She was really skiddish and scared at first, but eventually she became a loving cuddly lap kitty. She loves to nap -- especially now in her old age (16) the owner had her spayed and the necessary shots. She is skiddish at first but she is so loving and cuddly when she warms up to you. She tends to be a territorial cat, unless she has had proper introduction and will warm up to other cats. She may fare well with dogs, she is mostly just a scaredy cat with children. Will not scratch or bite but ears will go back and she will hide. I love Lulu so much and she's been a very awesome pet throughout the years. She even helped me with my endometriosis pain by laying on my stomach if I was flaring up. Unfortunately my health has declined since having a daughter. I cannot clean the litter boxes like I used to be able to. I may have critical underlying health issues, and worry my daughter may be allergic.

Lewis was a sad boy. We only know half his story. He was abandon and now is homeless. He's slow to warm up but who could blame him. He does warm up there and settles. He'd be best in a mature home, with a few other pets or one adult female cat.. He's a good companion and he's indoor only. He's not needy so he's not constantly all over you and he's okay if you go to work. As long as you come home, he's happy. We are looking for a non smoking home with sunny windows and a lot of nature to look at. This poor boy came to us all skin and bones. A Maine Coon mix who was in poor shape when we got him. He's recovered now. He was in a colony, the rest of his litter must have gotten eaten because he was on the verge of not making it himself. We were not sure if he could go back to his colony but he was reaching out to us for help obviously. We couldn't put him back outside. He is afraid of large spaces as well. We are looking for a home for him, where he is inside only. He'd do best in a smaller home or large apartment, He'd be best with one or two people, no kids. Definitely NO DOGS that are large or overly exuberant. Just a quiet home where there is not a lot of action, traffic or cars going by. He would probably be great in a home with a female kitty who will mother him and check him. A female no older than six or seven. Definitely no little children or nosy kids in a home where he will not thrive. A adult home would be best. He's finally doing well Needs a family who has experience with cats and has the time to spend with him. He would be great with a older female kitty who wants to mother him. Yoshi is 3 years old. He was born November, 22nd 2022. Yoshi is very affectionate, sweet and lovable. He loves to be around people and kids… He’s the best sleeping buddy who sleeps in my girls beds every night. He’s currently living with one older cat and a dog. Yoshi enjoys other cat to play with and tolerates dogs. He is litter trained. Yoshi has always been an indoor cat only so you won’t have to worry about him getting out.
