Elegant Elope! This playful and silly cat (DOB 4/2024) is searching for a forever home. She loves playing with other cats and would do best in a home with another cat. She can be shy when first meeting new people but warms up quickly. She is living in a foster home with other cats and has been exposed to dogs. With proper introductions she could learn to enjoy their company. She is spayed, micro-chipped, tested negative for FeLV and FIV, vaccinated, and wormed. Her adoption fee is just $70 dollars. I took this girl in on a freezing night a month or so back and I haven’t had the heart to re-release her . I’d love to keep her it’s just not realistic because I have 4 other cats. She’s loves to play and absolutely loves human affection. This is really hard for me because I fell for her. But she deserves somewhere she can run and play . I live in a small apartment with other people and animals.

Babies were born inside and thrown outside with the mother. We were able to rescue them from the apartments parking lot and have vetted and tested them and their mother and uncle. These babies are happy now and will be adopted with a sibling. I'd have to ask the foster which one is bonded to which ones. We are looking for indoor only homes for them, non smoking homes. Little six week old Marty was found in the middle of the street in downtown Detroit. He was alone, no other cats roaming around, just him. He was skinny and starving and cold. We took him in and the vet says for now he's showing Feline Leuk positive but when kittens are this young they can outgrow it. He's very active, very hungry and VERY HAPPY. He needs to be in a home for now with either a cat friendly dog and or cats who are positive. He's only 1.5 pounds right now, about six weeks old and snuggly and wants to be held a lot of the time.
