Story
S'more is approximately 3 years old. She was rescued from a cat hoarder, where she lived in a small indoor space with 9 other neglected cats. Since being rescued 3 months ago, she has gone from hiding under a bed at all times to moving freely between indoor and outdoor spaces. When outside, she stays in the yard and does not wander far. She gets along well with people and other cats. She is house-trained (litter box or going outside) and can use a cat door. We would love to keep her but we just have too many cats since we rescued S'more and his 9 cat friends.

Story
(Central Texas Adoption Only)Name: HalloweenieAge: 2 yearsGender: FemaleCoat: Fluffy with white feet, white belly, and a magnificent fluffy tailSpecial Needs: Daily brushing, experienced cat owner requiredAbout Halloweenie:Halloweenie is a beautiful 2-year-old with a soft, fluffy coat and adorable white feet and belly. She's got a stunning tail that adds to her charm, but her luxurious fur does require regular brushing to keep her looking her best.Halloweenie is extremely shy and will need a quiet, patient home where she can take her time to come out of her shell. She’s had a tough start to life as a street cat, so she’s understandably cautious around new people and environments. However, with time, patience, and understanding, Halloweenie has the potential to become a wonderful companion.Ideal Home:Halloweenie would thrive in a calm, stable environment with an experienced cat owner who understands the needs of shy, timid cats. She needs someone who will allow her to adjust at her own pace without forcing interactions. A home without young children or overly energetic pets would be best, as she can be easily startled. Why Adopt Halloweenie? If you’re an experienced cat person looking for a special, long-term project and you have the patience to let Halloweenie come to you on her terms, she will reward you with her quiet presence and gentle companionship. She’s not the type of cat to demand attention, but once she trusts you, you’ll find a loyal and loving friend in her.Are you the kind, understanding, and patient person Halloweenie has been waiting for? If so, she’s ready to start her new life with you!Thank you for considering adopting one of our kittens/cats.

Story
🖤 Meet Vader – The Dark Lord of Love 🖤Age: 2 yearsBreed: Black long-haired fluffballPersonality: Cuddly, affectionate, loves being brushedVader may have the name of a galactic villain, but don’t let that fool you—he’s really just a big softie who wants to rule your heart, not the universe. This handsome black fluffball adores attention, melts into cuddles, and purrs his way through long brushing sessions. If you’re looking for a cat who doubles as both a lap-warmer and a loyal sidekick, Vader could be your guy.Vader was recently returned to us after some issues with peeing outside of the litter box. We’ve thoroughly tested him for medical problems and so far everything looks normal. Right now, we’re carefully monitoring whether his challenges are medical, behavioral, or related to his past integration with other cats. He will remain in our care until we’ve fully diagnosed what’s going on—because Vader deserves every chance at the happy, stable forever home he craves.✨ What makes Vader special: • Loves affection: He thrives on being cuddled and brushed. • Gorgeous looks: That silky black coat and fluffy tail are pure magic. • Big personality: He’s as charismatic as his namesake, but with way more love to give.Vader may do best as a solo cat or in a patient home willing to work with him while we determine his needs. With the right environment, he has all the makings of a devoted best friend.💫 If you’re open-hearted and ready to give Vader the love and understanding he deserves, he’ll happily repay you with endless cuddles, purrs, and loyalty.Thank you for considering adopting one of our kittens/cats.
