She has a calm, loving demeanor and has been wonderful with everyone she has met here. Other than needing a dental cleaning, our veterinary team cleared her as healthy and ready for adoption. Her adoption fee is $400.Because we don’t observe our animals in home settings, we aren’t able to guarantee whether she is housebroken.Upon intake, every animal receives:Spay/neuter surgeryMicrochipAll age‑appropriate vaccinationsBlood and fecal testing (with treatment if needed)Flea, tick, and heartworm preventionA complimentary wellness exam 7–10 days after adoptionPlease note adopters must be at least 21 years old and live within an hour of our facility.If you’d like to meet Grandma Mavis, we’d be happy to help.
