Story
This sweet boy is looking for a loving new home where he can get plenty of attention, playtime, and care. I brought him home as a puppy and he has been very loved and well-cared for. He has a fun, playful personality, but is also very cuddly and loves being around people. He would be a great companion for someone who can spend time with him and make him feel like part of the family. He will come with everything he needs so his transition is smooth — including his playpen, crate, toys, leash, clothes, hygiene wipes, shampoo and conditioner, and food. He has been kept clean, groomed, and loved, and I am hoping to find a responsible home that will continue to take great care of him. There is a rehoming fee of $1,800 to ensure he goes to a committed and caring family. ( I’m willing to negotiate the price as well as long as it’s reasonable) Some words to describe him: loving, playful, loyal, silly, and sweet.

For inquiries email susannah@compactcaninerescue.org Fee: $1000 Location: Norfolk, VA Lee Lee is very new to the rescue. She is a 4 pound, 6 month old Maltese (mix). She comes to us from a shelter in Delaware. She has a deformity in her hind limbs and will see the surgeon next week to evaluate her. We are hopeful it can be corrected. We will know more next week. She is a happy little girl who loves everyone. Despite her orthopedic issues she is playful and gets around well. She will need a fenced yard in her new home. Behold, Trey! This handsome little man is hoping to find his family! Trey is a very lovely little gentleman who isn`t always fond of all kinds of handling(or being picked up) so he will require any children in the home to be at least 10 or older. For similar reasons he will have to meet any other dogs in the home prior to adoption. Please remember to do any introductions with either people or animals slowly! Additionally, Trey is a Maltese mix who will need frequent grooming! Lastly, Trey is on a bit of a weight loss journey, so any adopter should be ready to help him continue with his diet & regular exercise! If you have any questions or would like to meet Trey, please ask our kennel staff & they will be happy to assist!
