This pup's adoption fee is $550. If you are still interested, please read more below. Winston is a wonderful dog. Immediately upon entering the foster home, he has proven to be very good and patient with children. He doesn’t know his own size, and he is a good sized pup! He has already interacted well with children, and other dogs at the vet. He is a little nervous about car rides but learns to settle down. In the house he has a gated off area that he willingly goes in to eat, decompress, etc. He is very calm, curious, and playful. He loves the snow. His foster is currently working on potty training. He is teething and enjoys chewing on what he’s given. According to the vet, he could grow to be around 90 pounds, but is already proving to be a very gentle, happy boy with a beautiful temperament. This pup is micro-chipped, up to date on all vaccinations, and will be available after being neutered December 15th. The new family will be required to complete a basic obedience course of their choosing. Please note ARF does not approve applications for any puppy under 6 months of age to families that live outside of Illinois and/or beyond 100 miles of Wheaton or Glen Ellyn, IL.
