Persephone is a 12 year old Chi/MinPin mix I adopted from Humane Society approx 5 years ago. She is a sweetheart who love affection and laying in the sun. Overall she wants to lay around and sleep/snuggle. She does enjoy a good walk and sometimes likes to chase the ball. She is overall very easy going and gets along with kids and other dogs. She doesn't really opt to interact with other dogs (not playful) but tolerates them well. She is very food motivated and loves to do spins to attempt to get some food.

My name is Ren and I am a mix of Chihuahua and Dachshund or MinPin. Whatever I am, I have been told I’m cute. I am about two years old and my coloring is brown. I was in a hoarding situation with way too many dogs, and so I haven’t had a good start in life. I am very mistrustful when you first meet me because of my past living situation. When I first arrived at my foster home, I didn’t go near anyone. But my foster mom kept picking me up and having me sit in her lap while she petted me. That was kind of nice, and now I go sit by her on my own, and I have even crawled in her lap! Strangers are frightening, but my foster mom is working with me to teach me that not all people are bad or scary. If you adopt me, you will have to be patient with me. I want to learn to love and trust, but it will take time. My foster mom says your patience with me will be well worth it because I am a sweet boy. Staxx: 1-2 yr old brindle male, neutered, docked tail and uncropped ears. 12 lb. Fully vetted. Rescued from shelter. MinPin Staxx, with his Rare Brindle coloring, is a TOTAL SWEETHEART! He was SO happy to be out of the shelter and showed it with love and affection. Staxx was playing with the other dogs in his foster home from day one. He loves to play! Mr Staxx is a lover, often times he wants to be as close to you as possible. He's still a puppy and enjoys playing and he's very gentle while doing so. He enjoys walks, lots of treats, cuddles and most importantly warm blankies! Staxx is a great listener, he’s fully housebroken and extremely smart! He will be easily trainable. Staxx would really love being in a home with another dog or two. Staxx is currently in a home with cats. He does enjoy chasing them for fun, never vindictive, just curious as you can see in his video with the cat! Little Staxx loves his walkies and loves to cuddle.
