Meet Bella, Bella is a 3-year-old Min Pin mix with a beautiful black and brown coat, weighing 30 lbs. She is a sweet, loving, devoted, loyal, and calm girl who adores being part of her human’s life. Bella’s favorite things include snuggles, walks, treats, pets, and giving love with a wag so big her stub tail makes her behind wiggle! Bella thrives when she has plenty of attention and companionship and does best in a home where someone is around for part of the day. She crates nicely for short periods and bedtime, and enjoys being included in daily family life. She walks well on a leash, knows basic commands, and would love a moderate-activity, patient, and loving home where she can feel safe and secure. She gets along well with dogs but is a cat chaser, so a cat-free home is recommended. Bella would do best in a home with older children who understand how to respect a dog’s space. She is very social with people she trusts and has a particular fondness for men looking for a devoted companion. She would love a fenced in yard to run and play in. Bella is house and crate trained, walks well on a leash, and would love a home where she can be included in daily life and receive plenty of attention to help her feel confident and loved. Have had this lovely, kind, loyal, and playful dog for over a year. Love her to pieces, however she is a chewer. Loves to chew on dog beds, furniture, and just about anything. My grandfather passed away a little over a year ago, and my mom cherishes anything of his that was left behind, including the living room couches that have been chewed up by this doggo of mine. Mother gave this dog 2 chances, and this was the third strike. Besides the chewing, digging holes in the dirt, and excited jumping on people’s legs (her nails kinda hurt), I dont see a single flaw on her. She’s the sweetest, and want a sweet,kind, loving family for her. Thanks

Doobie is a 7 yr old Min Pin that joined our rescue from a NC high kill shelter. He came to us both heartworm positive and with some skin issues we have identified as food allergy based. Thankfully he was welcomed by a wonderful foster that has helped him through treatment and he is now doing great. Doobie LOVES other dogs (of all sizes), does well with humans of all ages, and enjoys going to work with his foster mom! He prefers to sleep in a human (or dog) bed, and is not a big fan of a crate. He does have food sensitivity- the right home will have a willingness to keep him on his sensitive skin diet and ongoing medication to ensure he continues to heal and improve. Doobie is a wonderful dog that will make a loving companion for many years to come. Fill out an application to meet this wonderful boy!
