If you’ve ever thought, “I’d really like a dog who thinks I’m the most important person on Earth,” Sparrow would like to submit his application. ??Sparrow is a ~3-year-old Poodle mix who is lovable, playful, super friendly, and just the right amount of ridiculous. He LOVES attention—pet him, talk to him, tell him he’s handsome, admire him from across the room… honestly, he’s not picky as long as the focus eventually returns to Sparrow. ??He’s a happy, silly little guy with a big personality packed into a small package, and he’s more than ready to find a family of his own.?? Dolly Fun Fact: Dolly has said her favorite color is yellow because it makes her happy—which seems pretty fitting for our cheerful little Sparrow and his very fashionable yellow bandana!Sparrow will be available at Pups & Produce: Twilight Edition on FRIDAY night at the Burleson Farmers Market from 5pm - 10pm. Come meet him and all the other available pups!Follow us on Facebook for news, events, and available pets! https://www.facebook.com/MuncipalAnimalServicesTX

Story
Selena is a sweet 5-year-old Poodle weighing about 12 pounds, and she has so much love and joy to give! She may be small, but she has a fun personality and plenty of playful energy. She loves her zoomies, but she never wanders far from her person. Her favorite place in the world is right beside her human, soaking up attention and enjoying a good snuggle.Selena is crate trained and sleeps quietly in her crate. She is still working on potty training and leash walking, so her forever family will need to be patient and willing to continue helping her build confidence and good habits. She is intelligent, curious, and eager to learn when she feels safe and supported.Selena does best with the companionship of another dog, although her favorite companions are her people. Having a confident canine friend in her forever home will help her feel secure and give her the companionship she needs.Like many Poodles, Selena will need regular professional grooming to keep her coat healthy and comfortable, as well as regular dental cleanings and ongoing dental care. Her adopter should be prepared to make these important parts of her lifelong care routine.Selena is looking for someone who understands that the best things take time. With patience, consistency, love, and plenty of snuggles, she has the potential to become an incredibly devoted little companion.Selena has so much love waiting to be shared. Could you be the patient, loving family she has been waiting for? Her forever home is out there — and she hopes it’s with you!To set up a meet and greet or inquire about a dog, please first fill out an application at https://savinghoperescue.org/adopt. It doesn`t obligate you, but it is the first step. We don`t get to all of the inquiries but respond to all applications. Thank you for choosing to rescue!

Story
🐾 Rudolph — Mini Labradoodle and the last of our Holiday Litter ❤️ Rudolph is still looking for his forever home! This handsome boy stands out with his beautiful black and tan (“Rottweiler-style”) markings. In Labrador-type dogs, these black-and-tan or black-and-rust markings can be a recessive trait that appears when both parents carry the gene. He also has a soft wavy coat along his back that gives him even more character. Rudolph has a friendly, playful disposition and tends to be more on the submissive side, which helps him get along with just about everyone. He enjoys playtime, exploring, and being part of the action. He is: ✔️ Dewormed ✔️ Microchipped ✔️ Vaccinated ✔️ On monthly preventatives ✔️ Crate trained He is also working on leash skills and potty training and continues to make great progress. If you’re looking for a sweet, easygoing pup who will fit in with a variety of homes, Rudolph may be your guy. ❤️ 🎄 Apply to adopt: https://linktr.ee/pawprintsofhoperescue #AdoptDontShop #RudolphThePup #HolidayLitter #BlackAndTanPup #RescuePuppy #DoodleMix #DFWRescue #FortWorthDogs #PawprintsOfHope #RescueIsMyFavoriteBreed

Story
One year after an accidental litter was born, Vanna, Cookie, and Bruno were surrendered to Flying B together. When they arrived, they were scared and fearful, unsure of this new place and all the people in it. So we gave them what they needed most: time. No rushing. No expectations. Just a safe place to decompress and figure out that nothing bad was going to happen to them here. And then…they burst onto the scene. Now the kisses are flying, the yard is getting plenty of romping, and their personalities are really starting to shine through. And according to the birth-order theory of siblings, these three are already proving the theory might have something to it: 🥇 Bruno — the Firstborn: Naturally stepping into the leadership role. Someone has to be in charge, right? 🍪 Cookie — the Middle: The easygoing middle child, finding her place somewhere between keeping up with Bruno and making sure Vanna doesn't get away with too much. 🌸 Vanna — the Lastborn: The baby of the family, and quite possibly the one who knows exactly how to get everyone’s attention. Of course, we’re still getting to know them, so we’ll let them show us just how accurate that birth-order theory really is. 😉 Cookie got a little glow-up and Bruno and Vanna are next. But first, we wanted to give them time to decompress and build trust before introducing even more strangers into their world. For now, they’re learning what it feels like to be safe. And they’re doing it with plenty of kisses, zoomies, and sibling shenanigans. Stay tuned. Their glow-ups are coming—and we have a feeling these three are going to have a LOT to say about who they are. Ready for a meet and greet? Kick off the process with an application at www.flyingbrescue.org/adopt. Our application is thorough but there are no right or wrong answers - we just want to make sure you and the pet are the perfect match. Once we receive your application, we will schedule a phone interview. Our adoptions include a 2-week trial period with fully refundable adoption fees during that period. If you are located outside of Texas, we offer transportation services and have happy families as references. We value transparency, so don’t be afraid to ask us anything.
