Hi My name is Autumn Rose (AKA Frankie). If you have always wanted a purebred Mini Schnauzer, I'm the girl for you! My foster parents call me Frankie because Frank and Frances means "free man/woman". You see I was rescued from a puppy mill, for 5 years I didn't know what a dog's life was really supposed to be. And now I'm free from kennel life and having puppies. I am slowly learning how to be a dog as a pet. If you have the patience I am so willing to learn. I follow my foster mom everywhere and when she is gone I am so happy when she returns I playfully greet her. I am 50% pee pad trained. I'm still learning the whole leash thing yet so we may have to start our outside trips with a doggy stroller and a fenced in yard would be best. I have four foster dog siblings and I am fine with them, cats TBD. My foster parents have younger grandchildren and I just love them. My foster mom says I would be good for someone in an apartment dwelling as she has yet to hear me bark, just a little whining once when I wanted to get near her and the door was shut. Third night in my new foster home I settled in bed with everyone, but now I sleep in my own bed next to my foster mom, just too many other dogs in the bed for me. So if you want me in bed at night that would be great, but then again if you'd rather me sleep on a dog bed that will work too. I'm pretty easy to please, a quiet patient home will let me further blossom. Bear is a purebred miniature schnauzer born 8/19/24 from a litter of 6. Bear has a lot of energy, loves dogs, kids, people and the outdoors. I use a dog tie up so a fence yard would be best. If the door is slightly open he'll get out and run. He loves chase, playing fetch, tug a war, cuddling and is kennel trained. At the present I've been taking care of another dog. The two dogs get along very well. Due to my HOA rules no unleashed dog warnings and my ankle injury... I'm heartbroken to have to rehome my sweet lovable Bear. I've had him since he was 8 weeks old and have all his up to date records. This is very difficult for me but I know In my heart that I need to think of the future and the most kindest thing to do is to find Bear a new loving home.

She loves to play with all my dogs big and small. Harley enjoys car rides, going for walks and is easy on the leash. She probably be taught to be off leash she has good recall when called…she enjoys any affection. She is very obedient and follows my commands and takes a scolding to heart. She is very sensitive and wants to please. She is a loyal pup. Harley is a very clean dog; house trained; crate trained and does all of her business outside. She will make an excellent companion. I would not recommend that she is with children under 10yo…they need to be gentle and not real loud. She leaves the cats alone. This dog is CURRENTLY IN TEXAS and available for pre-adoption. Adoptions include neuter/spay, vaccinations (DHPP, Bordetella, Rabies), microchip, health certificate, transport with our professional dog transporter, and 6 mos of heart worm prevention. You will receive the dog's folder with all the printouts proving the medical treatments received.
