Kuba has truly seen it all. It’s absolutely shocking & disturbing what these dogs endure but they fight for their lives. Soul destroying to think of what he has been through & yet he still loves human beings even after everything they have done to him. We cannot even begin to imagine what Kuba witnessed & heard when he was at the slaughterhouse. How Kuba ended up in a slaughterhouse for human consumption & yes you did read that correctly, we will never know? What we do know is, he was pulled out of there by our outstanding Chinese rescuer just in time. Working with one of our truly devoted, dedicated & absolutely outstanding Chinese rescuers she rescued Kuba & many others for us. Without this beloved rescuer going in & getting Kuba out, his fate was a torturous death. We believe every sweet soul such as Kuba & his friends deserves to be loved & cherished & given the chance to have a wonderful life. Now Kuba is looking for a special family to cherish him & be patient with him & remember what this beautiful soul has been through & a family that meets all his needs. Kuba was rescued by our truly amazing Chinese rescue friends & just as always we are beyond grateful to the Chinese rescue who we are so extremely thankful for what they do day in & day out for these babies, we cannot thank them enough. Kuba was bought back to the USA where he is now a US citizen & is so happy to be here & can’t wait to find his new loving devoted forever home. This boy is the biggest sweetheart you will ever meet. He just wants you to love him & he will love you back. He adores being hugged & held because the reality is we are the first real people in his life to show him such true love & affection. When he finds people who love him they become his world. He is a cheeky schnauzer his foster mum said with a huge personality & so joyous. He loves to run & play with his foster siblings & must go to a home with a young dog who will play with him & doesn’t mind him nudging him to play with him. He loves a good outfit & will get ready for you to put one on him. Kuba eats a clean diet, meaning raw fruits, raw vegetables, 70 % raw proteins, grains, fats & supplements. He also enjoys collagen sticks & bully sticks. All of his treats are homemade Kuba has not been taught to walk on harness & leash & has been doing wonderful. He would need continued work walking on his harness & leash. Kuba is a rescue & will need patience, time & understanding. Kuba adores being pampered & doesn’t want you to stop when brushing him, cleaning his eyes, grooming him, baths, the hairdryer he loves it all. He also does extremely well being touched in general & adores receiving love. Having toys & a warm bed is all new to Kuba & we have been excited to change his world with the introduction of toys & lots of love & affection & a loving environment. So far he has started showing interest in toys in his foster home. Kuba has learnt to ride in the car & does well in the car & enjoys a good car ride. He is such an amazing, loving little lad. With Kuba we are only looking for a crate free home for this lovely little lad only. Please do not apply with the intent to crate this boy. He will bark his head off if you leave him in a crate. We are also looking for a forever home for Kuba where someone is home during the day or Kuba can go with his people wherever possibly he can go with them. Did we mention this boy loves a good outfit too. Kuba is looking for a forever home who will cherish him & love him as he should be loved & be very patient with him & understanding. Kuba has been around many breeds of dogs all shapes & sizes & he is currently with other dogs & enjoys their company. He can be found at times snuggled up to his foster siblings. A fully fenced backyard is mandatory for Kuba’s new forever home if it’s a free standing home. Kuba is now roughly 17 lbs & is 2 years old & a miniture schnauzer & what he is mixed with we are not sure? He is neutered, microchipped, up to date on his shots including DHLPP, rabies & dewormed. Once these shots expire we will not redo them except rabies as we will not over vaccinate our beloved dogs. We have spent over $2000 on Kuba with bringing him to the US with his travel airfare paying for his medical care, including, shots, neuter microchip etc, than his adoption fee comes close to covering. Kuba has not been around cats since being in the rescue but it’s always up to the new family to be responsible with their animals. We have not had Kuba with small children so we do not recommend children, but it’s always up to the family to be responsible with their children & animals. We were not there when Kuba was conceived so we do not know who his parents were & it’s always up to the new potential family to look at the pictures & decide what they think his breed is. As with all of our rescues & Kuba’s friends he will need work on potty training & training, so this should be something the new family would be willing to work on & commit to. Please do not submit an application if you are not willing to commit to one of our rescues care for their whole life & that includes if they need training. Please do not email us asking is Kuba potty trained or available, nor do we ship dogs anywhere as we will not respond. We would never say anyone of our rescues are potty trained. Our rescues need homes where the people are understanding of their past & what they have been through & what they will need in their daily lives & not willing to give up on them & if they do need training in their new home will in fact take them to training & not just say they will when applying. Please only submit an application if you are truly interested in adopting Kuba & going through our process and have read his listing fully to the end & are wanting to adopt. If you are not responsive to our calls, emails or your references do not respond we will move on & remove your application from our system. You must be willing to go through our screening process which includes your references being checked, a phone interview & a virtual home visit using Zoom followed by a meet and greet & if it’s a good fit, up to our discretion. We will only be accepting applications for Kuba who understands his needs & that meet all the requirements for this lovely sweet boy. Once we find the right home for each little soul we work fast, within days so the dogs can go to their forever homes in quite a timely manner. We do not hold onto dogs for people as our goal is to save lives & please do not submit an application if you are not ready to adopt. Kuba has an adoption fee of $850 & is ready for his truly loving forever home & compassion & understanding of what he has been through.

Anna has seen & witnessed evil in life. She was pulled out of a slaughterhouse with one of our other rescues Kimi while he was covered in blood & the butcher had already started chopping him up & they both were surrounded by a pile of deceased bloody dogs. She will even put her paws on you for cuddles just as she cuddles into you while sleeping next to you. She radiates gratitude. She just wants you to love her & she will love you back. She adores being hugged & held because the reality is we are the first real people in her life to show her such true love & affection apart from a day or 2 at her foster home in China. She is a really smart girl too because on the day of arrival in her foster home she taught herself to run up hardwood stairs & follow her foster mum. Story
Hi, my name is Schuna🤍 I’m a female Schnauzer, weighing about 5kg (11 lb), and I’m only one year old—still just a baby. I was rescued from an animal hoarding situation. More than 80 dogs were crammed into a tiny space where it was hard to breathe. There were no arms to hold me, no one to protect me. I had to survive by guarding myself, all on my own. Every day was filled with anxiety. Every moment felt like competition. In that place, I didn’t even cry— I just endured… and endured again. Thankfully, I was rescued and brought to a training center. After my health check, everyone was surprised— my body was miraculously healthy. But in my heart, those memories are still deeply there. The moment I saw my trainer for the first time, I clung to their leg, almost desperately, begging to be touched. That’s how much I had missed human hands. That’s how badly I wanted to be held. With my tiny body, I was pouring out my whole heart. I truly love people. I’m very affectionate, I focus only on my person, and I find comfort and safety in human touch. I’ve never lived alone before, so I do have separation anxiety. That’s why I’m hoping for a home where someone can be with me most of the time, helping me feel secure. I get along well with other dogs, and I know how to socialize gently without fighting. Everything about home life is new to me. Living in a house, going on walks, spending ordinary days with people— I’m learning all of it, step by step. I’m only one year old, still so young. I’m looking for a family who will teach me with love, who won’t scold me when I make mistakes, and who will softly say, “It’s okay.” I’m a dog who wants to be loved— deeply, desperately. Affectionate, devoted, a dog who knows only people. Now, I hope for a day when I don’t have to cling and beg for love, but can naturally curl up in arms that are truly mine. I’m waiting— for a family who will hold me warmly and never let me go 🤍

Story
Hi, my name is Nyx 🤍 I’m a Schnauzer–Maltese mix boy, about 1 year old, and I weigh around 5kg (11 lb). I’m still very young—just beginning to learn what the world is like. I was rescued from an animal hoarding situation. More than 80 dogs were crowded into a small space where it was hard to even breathe. There was no protection, no arms to hold me. I survived each day by quietly protecting myself. Anxiety was part of everyday life. Even food meant competition. In that place, I didn’t cry, and I didn’t hope—I just endured, silently. Thankfully, I was rescued and brought to a training center. The good news is that my body is surprisingly healthy. But in my heart, traces of that past still remain, making me a little cautious at first. When I first arrived, I was shy and unsure. But with treats and gentle patience, I slowly began to come closer. It turns out I missed human touch more than anyone realized. I really wanted to be held, to feel warmth— and I show that longing with my whole little heart. In new environments, I may seem timid at first. But if you give me just a little time, I’ll come to you on my own and quietly ask, “Please love me.” I’ve never lived alone before, so I may have some separation anxiety. That’s why I’m hoping for a home where someone can be with me often and help me feel safe. I get along well with other dogs and know how to interact gently without conflict. Everything about home life is new to me. Living inside a house, going on walks, spending ordinary days with people— I’m learning all of it, one step at a time. I’m only one year old. Still so young, and only now beginning to discover the world. I’m looking for a family who will teach me with love, who won’t scold me for mistakes, and who will gently say, “It’s okay.” I’m a dog who deeply longs for human love. Affectionate, sweet, and always looking to my person. I’m waiting— for a forever family who will hold me in their warm arms and never let me go 🤍

Story
Willy is a very energetic Schnauzer Dachshund Pug Mix. He is a great guard dog, loves to bark, loves playing with kids, and gets along well with dogs or cats. Willie is neutered, housebroken, and is working on sitting on command for treats. He is very wary of strangers, but once he gets familiar with them he is very cuddly and affectionate. He sometimes jumps and nips (gently, no biting) and he is working on his training for this habit. He is very loved by his foster family and will make a great addition to any adoptive owner looking for a 13-pound bundle of furry joy.
