A reference check, phone interview, and home visit will be completed before meeting an adoptable dog. We work quickly. We adopt out to homes around the US and Canada, but require that you are present for the meet and greet in Newcastle, WA. Our adoption fee is non-negotiable. The adoption fee is due on the day of adoption in the form of a check, Chase Quick Pay via Zelle, PayPal, or cash. Makes you want to break just down & just cry thinking about Lucy, how she ended up in a slaughterhouse for human consumption & yes you did read that correctly in China. What we do know is she was pulled out of there by our outstanding Chinese rescuer just in time. It’s absolutely soul destroying to think about the horrific situation he ended up in. Working with one of our truly devoted, dedicated & absolutely outstanding Chinese rescuers she rescued Lucy & many others for us. Without this beloved rescuer going in & getting Lucy out, her fate was a torturous death. She transferred Lucy to her own rescue & covid had hit & the waiting began. Along with Lucy & many other sweet souls he got well & they waited to come to the US. This became a very extremely expensive situation with covid. We were finally able to bring everyone back through cargo which is an astronomical expense per dog, but we believe every sweet soul such as Lucy & her friends deserves to be loved & cherished & given the chance to have a wonderful life. Now Lucy is looking for a special family to cherish her & be patient with her & remember what this beautiful soul has been through & a family that meets all her needs. Lucy was rescued by our truly amazing Chinese rescue friends & just as always we are beyond grateful to the Chinese rescue who we are so extremely thankful for what they do day in & day out for these babies, we cannot thank them enough. Lucy was bought back to the USA where she is now a US citizen & is so happy to be here & can’t wait to find her new loving devoted forever home. This tiny little lady is such a sweetheart of a little miss. She is just so happy & grateful all the time. Clearly in China they were vicious to our sweetheart Lucy. It is so unfathomable to think that anyone could be so cruel to our beautiful Lucy, but they were. She is such a lovely, soft & gentle little lady. She maybe a little shy at first with some people. Our vets said she was such a good girl while she was with them & so easy & friendly. She almost lost his his precious life in China & was so very close & deserves the very best loving forever home. From her pictures you can see she loves life & wants to be held & loved & give love. She has enjoyed eating since he has been here in the US, but let’s face it, being fed the way we are feeding her is all new to her & just being fed all the time is new to her. We have to be careful with Lucy to not over feed her as her belly can back with fecis if she is over fed. We first thought Lucy was pregnant after several weeks of having her & got x-rays done on her to make sure she wasn’t & her belly was full of fecis from over eating & our vets thought perhaps she had a hiatal hernia & needed to see a specialist who we took her to see & no, she just needs to not over eat. The specialist did find that Lucy has a small involuntary head movement probably from being hit in China to breed. She also said that she had a stomach severely distended with food, she suspected that she had the appearance of a hernia induced by food bloat. Our vet also discovered that poor Lucy had been debarked, the heinous act of taking away her beautiful voice in China. Lucy has done amazing walking on a harness & leash & done so well with us so far but would still need continued work. She gets very excited when on her walks. Lucy is a rescue & will need patience, time & understanding. Lucy adores being pampered & doesn’t want you to stop when brushing her, touching her, she loves it all & being picked up & cuddled. She also does amazing & being groomed. She also does extremely well being touched in general. We have had her with many breeds of dogs & she has done well with different size dogs & adores dogs so we are only looking for a home for her with another dog in the home she can play with. Lucy also did so well with our vets when she went for her dental & spay. She likes to be wherever you are. Having toys & a warm bed is all new to Lucy & we have been excited to change her world with the introduction of toys & lots of love & affection & a loving environment. Lucy has learnt to ride in the car & does well in the car & has so much excitement for a good car ride & gets excited each time we put him in the car to go with us. She is such an amazing, fun happy little miss. With Lucy we are only looking for a crate free home for this lovely little lady only, as she has spent who knows how long of her previous life in a crate. We are also looking for a forever home for Lucy where someone is home during the day or she can go with her people wherever possibly he can go with them. Lucy is looking for a forever home who will cherish her & love her as she should be loved & be very patient with her & understanding. Lucy has been around many breeds of dogs all shapes & sizes & she is currently with other dogs & enjoys their company so we are looking for a home where she can be with another dog or other dogs in the home. We currently have her with other dogs. A fully fenced backyard is mandatory for Lucy’s new forever home. Lucy is now roughly 12.6 lbs he is 7 years old & perhaps a miniture schnauzer, what she is mixed with we are not sure? We took Lucy to a specialist to make sure she did not have a hiatal hernia which she did not. Unfortunately she was debarked in China. She is spayed by laser by our wonderful vets, she had blood work done along with x-rays. She had a dental scale, polish, along with dental x-rays, gum surgery, had a total of 14 teeth removed, had 2 incisors removed, 4 molars minor removed, 4 modular intermediate removed & 3 premolar minor removed, she is heart worm negative, she is microchipped, up to date on her shots, had her shots including DHLPP, Bordatella, CIV, rabies & dewormed. We have spent far more on Lucy with bringing her to the US with her travel airfare costs, alone bringing her through cargo, without anything else then on top of that paying for her medical care & boarding fees, blood work, x-rays, including a dental/scale & polish. Spay by laser, shots, microchip, etc, than her adoption fee comes close to covering. Lucy has not been around cats since being in the rescue, but it’s always up to the new family to be responsible with their animals. We have not had her around small children so we do not recommend small children nor cats. But it’s always up to the family to be responsible with their children & cats. We were not there when Lucy was conceived so we do not know who her parents were, nor her true birth date & it’s always up to the new potential family to look at the pictures & decide what they think her breed is. As with all of our rescues & Lucy’s friends she will need work on potty training & training, so this should be something the new family would be willing to work on & commit to. Please do not submit an application if you are not willing to commit to one of our rescues care for their whole life & that includes if they need training. Please do not email us asking is Lucy potty trained or available, nor do we ship dogs anywhere as we will not respond. We would never say anyone of our rescues are potty trained. Our rescues need homes where the people are understanding of their past & what they have been through & what they will need in their daily lives & not willing to give up on them & if they do need training in their new home will in fact take them to training & not just say they will when applying. Please only submit an application if you are truly interested in adopting Lucy & going through our process and have read her listing fully to the end & are wanting to adopt. If you are not responsive to our calls, emails or your references do not respond we will move on & remove your application from our system. You must be willing to go through our screening process which includes your references being checked, a phone interview & a virtual home visit using Webex due to covid & followed by a meet and greet & if it’s a good fit, up to our discretion. We will only be accepting applications for Lucy who understands her needs & that meet all the requirements for this lovely sweet happy little lady. Once we find the right home for each little soul we work fast, within days so the dogs can go to their forever homes in quite a timely manner. We do not hold onto dogs for people as our goal is to save lives & please do not submit an application if you are not ready to adopt. We also cannot respond to every application unfortunately. Lucy has an adoption fee of $995 & is ready for his truly loving forever home & compassion & understanding of what she has been through.

The terrible evil for these amazing souls is never ending. Beautiful Jack’s, mind body & soul was being used as a breeding machine in a puppy mill in Missouri along with his fellow friend schnauzer Rosemary to make money off his back. We were able to bid on him & in fact bought him to stop having a life of misery over & over again for evil human beings to make money off him. Living his life outside in the stinking heat day after day in a metal tin can of a shed was over. His life was instantly changing in that moment & only for the better. We cannot thank our wonderful team enough for stepping up & helping Jack & many others. Now the real healing, love & devotion could begin & show Jack how he is supposed to be loved & adored in a loving forever home. Jack was rescued/bought by another wonderful rescuer for us who we were working with & got Jack out for us. Just as always we are beyond grateful to these rescues & we are so extremely grateful for what they do day in & day out for these babies & there is also such a large financial responsibility when rescuing these babies, so we cannot begin to thank them enough. Jack was bought back to the WA state where he is now is so happy to be here & can’t wait to find her new loving devoted forever home. The horror he endured on hid little body & mind all to make money off hid back is so disgusting. Being forced to do this is so wrong. This boy does not have a mean bone in his body. When we first got him he was so very beaten down & defeated. It was very evident he had been treated very cruelty. He is beyond grateful to get out of that hell hole. From the day we got him to how he looks now you would not believe he is the same dog. He now looks you in the eyes instead of cowering down. Jack now let’s you pick him up & let’s you give him kisses & hugs. He is still shy at first until he knows & trusts you & of course he is. But he is so very sweet. The reality is, the foster homes are his real first experience at being in a home, with a tv, bedding he can snuggle up in, a roof over his head that’s not outside. He adores comfy beds & big comfy blankets because again the reality is, this is something he did not get to experience ever until he was rescued. His foster mum said at first he did not know what to do when his feet his the grass & he had the freedom to run around. It was just so new & foreign to him. He has come such a long way. Jack is really a good boy with being bathed & dried by the hairdryer & so tolerant. Does he love the hairdryer, no but will he just lay there to be dried, yes he will. When we first got him, he was shaved down to the skin from the breeder. Now to have his beautiful fur grown in it’s a beautiful site for us. Jack loves to eat & is a wonderful eater. He would still need work walking on his harness & leash as it’s all completely new to him considering he was never ever taught until coming into the rescue. Jack loves his dog friends so much as he finds comfort in them. In both foster homes he was so good with the dogs. In her current foster home he loves to play with the dogs& loves sitting & laying with the other dogs. He does not discriminate against breeds. We have also put him into a daycare to have him around all different breeds & to build his confidence. Jack’s new forever home must have a fully fenced backyard. He now adores going outside & having a wander around & sitting in the backyard. He has always been with other dogs & he adores other dogs so in his forever home another dog or dogs is mandatory in his forever home for him to have his best life. Jack rides beautifully in the car & considering the only times we know of was when he went to auction to be sold & when we got him & he had done so amazing in the car. We are looking for a crate free home for this little lad only. He will cower in the back corner of crate. He spent his whole life confined for breeding & runs from a crate now if he sees one. He refuses to go near it. Jack as you can imagine spent such a long time in a caged environment. We are also looking for a forever home for Jack where someone is home during the day or he can go with his people wherever possibly he can go with them. Jack is looking for a forever home who will cherish him & love him as he should be loved & be patient with him & never give up on him. Jack has been around many breeds of dogs all shapes & sizes in the rescue & in his foster home in CO & WA state & he is currently with other dogs & adores other dogs. Jack needs to go to a forever home with another dog or dogs in the home, he enjoys the company of other dogs & we currently have him with other dogs in his loving foster home. Please do not apply saying your neighbors have a dog or family members or you will take her to places where there are other dogs. That will not work, another dog or dogs is mandatory along with a fully fenced backyard. Jack is roughly 17.6 bs, he is 3 years old & a schnauzer, what he is mixed with we are not sure. He is male, he is neutered by laser by our wonderful vets. He is microchipped, had a heart worm & parasite screening with a 4DX & is heart worm negative. He had a scale & polish along with dental x-rays. Jack had gum surgery & while receiving his dental had 2 teeth fall out. He is up to date on his shots, including DHLPP, Bordatella, CIV, rabies & dewormed. We have spent far more on Jack with paying for him from a puppy mill auction in Missouri which we paid $1000 alone for him. Bringing him to WA with his travel costs, his medical care in WA & CO, boarding fees etc & bringing him to WA than his adoption fee comes close to covering. The evil for these amazing souls is never ending. The precious Max, mind body & soul was being used as a breeding machine in a puppy mill in Missouri to make money off his back. The breeder called him B & H Little man Max. We are calling him Mr Max. We were able to bid on him & in fact bought him to stop having a life of misery over & over again for evil human beings to make money off him. Living his life outside in the stinking heat day after day then in the freezing cold in winter time in a metal tin can of a shed was over. His life was instantly changing in that moment & only for the better. On this day we rescued a total of 6 schnauzer breeding mum & dads who all they knew was to breed in a life of hell & then being sold. Of course when we rescue these amazing souls they have had no veterinary care whatsoever & we have to start from scratch. Now the real healing, love & devotion could begin & show Max how he is supposed to be loved & adored in a loving forever home. Max was bought back to the WA state where he now is so happy to be here & can’t wait to find his new loving devoted forever home. The horror he endured on his little body & mind all to make money off his back is so disgusting. After everything he has been through he is still a lovely soul. For everything he has been through, he adapted quite quickly to his very devoted foster home. He is beyond grateful to get out of that hell hole he was in & radiates a zest for life. Max lets you pick him up & lets you give him kisses & hugs. The reality is, the foster homes are his real first experience at being in a home, with a tv, bedding he can snuggle up in, a roof over his head that’s not outside. Max’s foster dad said. Max is such a sweetheart, after his 3rd night he was still very timid, but is warming up to us and wants to be in whatever room we are in - this morning he was waiting outside the bathroom for me. This was many weeks ago. He marked a couple of times when we first got home but other than that has been going potty, including all his poops, outside! He peps up a bit when we go outside, really likes exploring in the courtyard, and has made friends with the puppy in the building. He likes ear & butt scratches, is a little curious about toys & balls, but mostly wants to find a comfy spot to lay. This morning over the course of about 30 mins he moved from one corner of the couch to the other side to be close to Benjamin. Benjamin is his foster brother. His foster dad also said, he does not react to their virtual work meetings this morning & will definitely be a good WFH buddy or office companion for a (quiet) dog-friendly workplace.  He has continued to blossom & come out of his shell. He loves treats, has really gotten used to his potty schedule, & we have taken him to the dog park a few times & he has showed great enthusiasm running around & playing.  We would love to see him find a forever home that is the perfect fit for him. We also know that Mr Max loves his foster mum. He adores comfy beds & big comfy blankets because again the reality is, this is something he did not get to experience ever until he was rescued. He is such a gentle little soul who just wants to be loved & to make up for his past. He would still need work walking on his harness & leash as it’s all completely new to him considering he was never ever taught until coming into the rescue. The truth is we will never ever know what really happened to her eye except that we took care of her eye & tried to save her right eye but unfortunately it was doing her more harm than good. The horror she endured on her little body & mind all to make money off her back is so disgusting. After everything she has been through she is still so sweet. She is beyond grateful to get out of that hell hole she was in & radiates gratitude. The reality is, the foster homes are her real first experience at being in a home, with a tv, bedding she can snuggle up in, a roof over head that’s not outside. Aubrey’s foster mum said, Aubrey is a lapdog with courageous big dog energy who seeks adventure. Despite having an eye removed, she navigates the world with ease and enthusiasm! She enjoys cuddles on the couch & roughhousing with her foster brother who’s four times her size. Ideally, she’ll have a sibling in her forever home to play with too. This little lady requires at least an hour of exercise daily. Aubrey enjoys walks & trips to the dog park where she makes friends of both the canine & human varieties. She absolutely adores saying hello to everyone! She has yet to meet a person/dog she doesn’t like & the feeling is always mutual. Aubrey follows her foster mom around the house & manages to take up 95% of her king-sized bed. She’s very easy going & just happy to be present! Aubrey is well-rounded, has incredible recall, & does great in the car. She would make an incredible addition to your family. She adores comfy beds & big comfy blankets because again the reality is, this is something she did not get to experience ever until she was rescued. She is such a lovely little lady who just wants to be loved & to make up for her past. She would still need work walking on her harness & leash. She has always been with other dogs & she adores other dogs so in her forever home another dog or dogs is mandatory in her forever home for her to have her best life. Aubrey rides beautifully in the car & considering the only times we know of was when she went to auction to be sold & when we got her & going home with her foster family & back & forth to the vets & she has done so amazing in the car. We are looking for a crate free home for this little lady only. She spent her whole life confined for breeding. Aubrey as you can imagine spent such a long time in a caged environment. We are also looking for a forever home for Aubrey where someone is home during the day or she can go with her people wherever possibly she can go with them. When they find someone who treats them as they should be treated & loves them they get so attached to them. Aubrey is looking for a forever home who will cherish her & love her as she should be loved & be patient with her & never give up on her. Aubrey has been around many breeds of dogs all shapes & sizes in the rescue & in her foster home & she is currently with other dogs & adores other dogs. Aubrey needs to go to a forever home with another dog or dogs in the home, she enjoys the company of other dogs & we currently have her with other dogs in her loving foster home. Please do not apply saying your neighbors have a dog or family members or you will take her to places where there are other dogs. That will not work, another dog or dogs is mandatory along with a fully fenced backyard. Aubrey is roughly 9.8 lbs & she is 2 years old. She is a miniature schnauzer, parti colours, what she is mixed with we are not sure, female, she is spayed by laser by our wonderful vets. She was treated for an ulcer & conjunctivitis in her right eye in the hopes that she would regain site. She had 2 lots of meds put into her eye for weeks bit her eye was still painful & extremely dry. But unfortunately the breeder had let her eye go to long & she needed an enucleation, so she had her right eye removed. She is microchipped & had a dental scale & polish along with dental x-rays. She is up to date on her shots, including DHLPP, Bordatella, CIV, rabies & dewormed. We have spent far more on Aubrey with paying for her from a puppy mill auction in Missouri. Bringing her to WA with her travel costs, her transportation to WA. All of her medical care in WA etc & bringing her to WA than her adoption fee comes close to covering. Her adoption fee does not even cover half of what we have spent on Aubrey. Aubrey has been around cats since being in the rescue & does well with them, but it’s always up to the new family to be responsible with their animals together & we have not had her around small children so we do not recommend small children nor cats & it’s always up to the family to be responsible with their children & cats. We were not there when Aubrey was conceived so we do not know who her parents were & it’s always up to the new potential family to look at the pictures & decide what they think her breed is. As with all of our rescues & Aubrey’s friends she will need work on potty training & training, so this should be something the new family would be willing to work on & commit to. Please do not submit an application if you are not willing to commit to one of our rescues care for their whole life & that includes if they need training. Please do not email us asking is Aubrey potty trained or available, nor do we ship dogs anywhere as we will not respond. We would never say anyone of our rescues are potty trained. Our rescues need homes where the people are understanding of their past & what they have been through & what they will need in their daily lives & not willing to give up on them & if they do need training in their new home will in fact take them to training & not just say they will when applying. Please only submit an application if you are truly interested in adopting Aubrey & going through our process and have read her listing fully to the end & are wanting to adopt. If you are not responsive to our calls, emails or your references do not respond we will move on. Or you waste this rescues time, will remove your application from our system. You must be willing to go through our screening process which includes your references being checked, a phone interview & a virtual home visit via WebEx or Zoom due to covid & followed by a meet & greet & if it’s a good fit, up to our discretion. We will only be accepting applications for Aubrey who understands her needs & that meet all the requirements for this special sweet little lady. Once we find the right home for each little soul we work fast, within days so the dogs can go to their forever homes in quite a timely manner. We do not hold onto dogs for people as our goal is to save lives & please do not submit an application if you are not ready to adopt. We also cannot respond to every application unfortunately. Aubrey has an adoption fee of $1360 & is ready for her truly loving forever home & compassion & understanding of what she has been through.

The adoption fee is due on the day of adoption in the form of a check, Zelle, or cash. We no longer accept PayPal because of the percentage they take & their fees. It’s absolutely horrendous to think about what these wonderful souls go through prior to rescuing them. Beautiful Penny’s mind body & soul was being used as a breeding machine in a puppy mill in Missouri to make money off her back. We were able to bid on her & in fact bought her to stop having a life of misery over & over again for evil human beings to make money off her. Living her life outside in the stinking heat day after day then in the freezing cold in winter time in a metal tin can of a shed was over. Her life was instantly changing in that moment & only for the better. On this day we rescued a total of 21 breeding mum & dads who all they knew was to breed in a life of hell & then being sold. Now the real healing, love & devotion could begin & show Penny how she is supposed to be loved & adored in a loving forever home. Penny was bought back to the WA state where she is now is so happy to be here & can’t wait to find her new loving devoted forever home. What a beauty this girl is. The horror she endured on her little body & mind all to make money off her back is so disgusting. After everything she has been through she is still a lovely soul. She is beyond grateful to get out of that hell hole she was in & radiates gratitude. Penny lets you pick her up & lets you give her kisses & hugs. The reality is, the foster homes are her real first experience at being in a home, with a tv, bedding she can snuggle up in, a roof over head that’s not outside. She has become so trusting of us, she is so very sweet. When she goes to her new forever home she will be uncertain about things at first but once she is comfortable she will be more confident. Penny is good with her baths now, we don’t know how many she has ever had & we just got her groomed & she did good with her grooming. She adores comfy beds & big comfy blankets because again the reality is, this is something she did not get to experience ever until she was rescued. She is such a lovely little lady who just wants to be loved & to make up for her past. She would still need work walking on her harness & leash because we have been teaching her to walk on a slip lead as it’s all completely new to her considering she was never ever taught until coming into the rescue. She does not discriminate against breeds. She adores going outside & having a wander around & sitting in the backyard. She has always been with other dogs & she adores other dogs so in her forever home another dog or dogs is mandatory in her forever home for her to have her best life. Penny rides beautifully in the car & considering the only times we know of was when she went to auction to be sold & when we got her & going home with her foster family & back & forth to the vets & she has done so amazing in the car.
