Story
Twain is an 8-year-old sweet boy, about 38 lbs, who has been with us for about 6 months. He is very good natured and gets along great with our 8-year-old female standard poodle. They have become good buddies and enjoy play fighting, riding in the car, sharing the couch, and running our fence line racing the neighbor dogs (Twain is always last, but he doesn’t mind). He has not had any potty accidents in our house and is low maintenance. Our groomer has kept his shedding to a minimum. He is a medium energy dog, so he’s not your guy if you want a dog to join you mountain climbing. He walks well on a leash but is happy being a couch potato, too. Now for the bad part. A couple of weeks ago, Twain bit a relative. It was not a vicious attack (no broken skin) possibly caused by fear, but potential adopters need to be aware. We also believe that Twain would do better with a companion dog because of some separation anxiety he had in his previous foster home.

Story
Maisey (female) Description of the Pet **Applicant Requirements:** -Be at least 21 years of age and the Homeowner or Rentee. -Households with children under 8 years of age, must have a physical fence attached to the home or an electric/invisible fence. However, there are other instances when a fence may be required for the safety of the dog or puppy Name: Maisey Age: DOB: 11/21/25 Weight: Crate-trained: Yes PLEASE NOTE: To apply to adopt, the application and adoption process can be found on our website greenmorerescue.org. Please read dog's bio carefully before applying. Meet Maisey Maisey is a sweet, medium-energy pup with a gentle soul and a growing sense of confidence. She is still learning how to feel fully comfortable in unfamiliar environments, but she is making steady progress every day. With people, Maisey is affectionate, loving, and eager to connect. Once she feels safe and settled, she shows her soft, devoted nature and enjoys being close to her trusted humans. Maisey is dog-friendly and would do best with a canine companion to help guide her and build her confidence. She is also kid-friendly, making her a gentle presence in a calm, understanding home. She is still working on her leash skills and improving with practice. Because she is building confidence in new environments, a home with a fenced yard is most likely the best fit for her, giving her a safe space to explore at her own pace. Maisey is a kind-hearted girl who is just beginning to discover how good life can be. With patience, stability, and love, she will continue growing into a deeply loyal and loving companion. Adoption donation is $500 cash, $525 credit, debit or Venmo. This donation includes a microchip. There is a refundable $75.00 neuter/spay deposit. ***A NOTE ON BREEDS: The dog's listed breed(s) is the best assessment made by a veterinarian, pet finder or rescue staff and is not guaranteed. This pet is being offered by Greenmore Farm Animal Rescue, 246 Clonmell Upland Road, West Grove PA 19390 - PA Shelter # 8755

Story
Xena, the 6-month-old purebred Mountain Cur, is a great choice for anyone searching for an intelligent and athletic furry friend. She enjoys playing and running around, and is gentle and affectionate towards other dogs. Although she may take some time to warm up to new people, once she does, you will receive an abundance of love and kisses. Xena had a bit of a rough start in life, as she was discovered alone under a building in SC when she was only 10 weeks old. However, she has made tremendous progress since then, and is now spayed, up-to-date on vaccinations, housebroken, and heartworm negative. This furry beauty is currently on monthly preventative, ensuring her good health and happiness. If you are considering adopting Xena, it is strongly recommended that you have a fenced backyard, as she loves to run and play. Additionally, Xena would appreciate living with another dog, as she adores all of her foster siblings. Overall, Xena is an intelligent, athletic, and sweet pup that would be an excellent addition to any caring household.
