Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Meet Lucille, a fetch-loving sweetheart ready to join a league of her own.  She is at that fun age where she has mastered the hard stuff and is ready to learn your routine. Lucille is eager to please and is a bit of a rascal, to remind you that she is still a puppy, brand new to this world! (Hide your socks.) Lucille will love being your reason to exercise outside and she can run around all day with the big dogs, too. Naturally submissive, she won’t run to a fight, and if she gets knocked over, she’ll do a barrel roll and get right back into playtime!  Lucille needs a home with no children under the age of 10.  Listen for her little snores at nap time to melt your heart, and don’t let those doe eyes fool you — she is looking to you to be her pack leader.  If you’re looking for an easy girl to shower you with kisses after a day in the park, then Lucille may be the one for you.    Crate-trained House-trained Good with big dogs/boys Good with cats  Sleeps in crate Eats in crate&#226&#128&#139 &#226&#128&#139 Medical Notes: Spayed  Vaccinated Dewormed Microchipped Maintained on monthly preventions  Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.December 12, 2025, 8:04 pm

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Patrick is the kind of dog who makes you smile just by being in the room. He’s convinced he’s a lap dog (though he’s a bit bigger than that!) and loves nothing more than cozying up close with his favorite people. His sweet nature has truly touched my family’s heart, and while it won’t be easy to say goodbye, I know he’s ready to bring joy to his forever home. This handsome boy has a funny, endearing personality and keeps life entertaining with his quirks. He’s happiest going on walks where his inner hound comes alive—nose to the ground, sniffing every little detail of the world around him. After a stroll, he’s just as content to curl up next to you and soak in all the love he can get. Patrick is great with cats and children, making him a wonderful family companion. He can be cautious around new dogs and needs time to warm up, but once he does, he does well with them—just no puppies, please! Patrick is looking for a home where he can be both your walking buddy and your cuddle partner. If you’re ready for a loyal friend with a heart of gold (and a nose that never quits), Patrick is the one. Story
Oakley, affectionately known as 'Dottie girl ' by her foster family, has such a sweet, lovable, big personality and is very eager to please!  This Pit/Mountain Curr mix is a total Phoenix that has risen from the fires of neglect, abandonment and even successfully raised her litter of puppies in the woods for the first 10 weeks of life. They were all successfully adopted in the Fall and living wonderful lives of love and commitment from their families.  Oakley is the perfect girl that lives with anyone and everyone that comes her way.  She embraces all people and dogs and she just lives her life with resilience and tolerance.  This girl might not be a Golden Retriever in looks but she surpasses any of the commonly accepted breeds that everyone gravitates to and wants to adopt.  Take her Pit mix package look away and please consider only her SOUL?  Trust us, you will not want to look elsewhere for the most perfect and beautiful temperamented dog.  Oakley sits on command and walks nicely on a leash.  When she meets new people, she is so very social and she embraces all other dogs, adults and children alike.  This girl loves to play dress up in cozy sweaters and loves a good chew toy. HOW FUN!???? RIGHT?  If you have children she is right there to engage and play with them and their fantasies.  This Momma dog is just a young 2yr old, 40lb sweetheart who longs to be an inside dog that can cuddle up next to you on the couch and help you melt the life challenges away.   Oakley had outsmarted many rescuers for months running around the county with her litter of puppies being. When she gave in we realized what a remarkable Mom she was and the beauty of her puppies.  All of her puppies have been adopted, but now Oakley is raising her heart and hand to say…. Pick Me Too!  She deserves a remarkable future and life because she will provide the amazing dog companion to someone that can ever be imagined.  Forget the wrapper on the package and consider the heart please…You won’t regret living a life with Oakley. Story
If you are looking for a resilient and intelligent girl puppy to adopt then look no further.  This girl is called Topaz and at 11 weeks of age she is 13 pounds and not really big but SOLID.   From what we know about dog breeds she is a Black Mouth Cur mix....mostly Black Mouth Cur and she is amazing.  She is social and seeks the wonderful attention of the people around her.  Topaz is especially drawn to young children.  She is so young and so impressionable but yet the impression she has made on all the adults who encounter her is pretty strong in the category of 'exceptional personality'.   We love Topaz but what we require for her is very specific.  A good dog owner who has experience and knows how to guide, lead and shape a dog into an obedient and awesomely trained companion.  This girl will outsmart first time dog owners in a sweet way.  She will protect her family and their property and she will be the most devoted companion and sibling to all the children.   She seeks approvals and she will do what it takes to be good in that lane of doing all the right things as a puppy.  She is crate trained, exceptional in exploration of her home and property and she will be potty trained before most puppies.  We expect this girl to grow up to be a large girl but not a giant.  Her weight should be in the 55 pound range and her presence in your family will be loving and life-changing.   Topaz is a rescued pup who has been through early in life challenges.  Through it all, she has stayed loyal and loving to the humans despite early abandonment.  She is a beauty and of great strength and caring.  She is a dog that will take care of her home and people as she becomes a part of the years ahead that make a family remember her as a special dog that made their life better.   If you are interested and seasoned for a very devoted and smart puppy, please write to Critter Cavalry Rescue at ccrtennessee@gmail.com    ADOPTION FEE REQUIRED. Story
Meet Aura! Aura is an absolutely stunning and affectionate pooch, a delightful mix of Mountain Cur and Pit Bull. She was born around April 1, 2024, and has already captivated the hearts of many. Aura joined us in January, and upon her arrival, she faced some challenges; she was extremely fearful of men. However, with the dedicated time and effort from our loving staff, Aura has made tremendous strides in overcoming her fears and is now ready to embark on a new chapter of her life as she searches for her forever home.  This beautiful girl adores soaking up the sun, often found lounging in warm patches of light where she feels serene and content. Aura thrives on cuddles and loves to be close to her human companions, seeking out affection and warmth. Besides her love for snuggles, she has a playful side too—she enjoys her toys, whether it's a squeaky one or a tug-of-war rope, and she can often be seen happily engaging with them. Moreover, she has a particular fondness for going on walks and exploring her surroundings. These outings not only give her a chance to stretch her legs and exercise but also offer her the opportunity to gather her courage in new environments. While Aura has made significant progress, it's important to note that she can still be a bit nervous around men. She may require several meetings to build trust and feel comfortable before she is ready to transition into a new home. Patience and understanding will be key in helping her adjust.   Aura would thrive best in a home as the only pet, as she truly enjoys having all the attention directed toward her. She is particularly good with children aged 10 and older, as she appreciates kids who understand the importance of granting her personal space when needed.  If you find yourself intrigued by Aura and believe you can provide the loving, supportive environment she needs to flourish, we encourage you to reach out. Please call us at 615-446-7387 for more information, or better yet, come by and meet this wonderful girl in person! Your new best friend might just be waiting for you to take her home! ##2285526##
