He loves his stuffed toys and to be loved on by humans as well. He has the cutest bobtail and looks for direction from his human friends. Tye tolerates big groups of people enjoying all the attention he can get! Frozen kongs, a snuggle blanket and stuffies and Tye is the happiest boy ever! This beautiful boy has learned basic obedience, walks well on leash and enjoys hiking and resting. Tye is eager to meet anyone interested in him. If you see him at events or on a trail stop and have a conversation with him. His eyes are mesmerizing so you may get lost in them. Tye perfers to be the one and only child but he may be persuaded to share his human with just the sibling. This boy has the look of a smooth-coated hunting Lurcher with Whippet influences. Can't you see him waiting at your door wagging his short (bobbed) tail, his feet dancing in delight at your approach? Story
Asha’s owners loved her, but had a farm and she had a taste for the owner's chickens and made the choice to surrender her. Asha is high energy and loves to play, but also loves her snuggles and to be with people. She has tested well with dogs, but due to her prey drive towards chickens, we are hesitant to suggest a home with small animals/cats. Asha is heartworm negative, spayed, microchipped, vaccinated, and ready for her new home. This furbaby is located at Animal Harbor in southern middle TN. You can apply at www.animalharbor.org . If approved, we will facilitate a virtual meet and greet and answer any questions you may have. We partner with the awesome transport service company Rescue Riders to safely and professionally move our animals to their loving new homes!

Story
Meet Dickie! This senior fella doesn't feel a day over middle aged! He loves a good bout of exercise but won't say no to a nap either. He's a very affectionate boy and gets along with all people. Dickie seems to be okay with other dogs socially but he can overstimulate in high activity situations. He needs to be the only pet in his home. It's time for Dickie to find his forever home! He would love taking walks with his person, supervising yard work and just hanging out.

Story
If days full of adventure and nights cuddling on the couch sound perfect to you, then so is Thanos! This two-year-old pup is incredibly smart and will do anything for a treat! He is a great listener, learner, and explorer of his environment. You'll often catch him romping around the playpark and engaging in a fun game of fetch. Our staff and volunteers rave about how open Thanos is to love! He truly knows no strangers. If you're looking for a formal introduction though, don't worry because Thanos can shake! We think he would make a great addition to your home and he's waiting for you at the CASPCA!
