Story
Meet Bruiser - heavyweight champion of snuggles. Bruiser is a calm, lovable dog whose need for rehoming is due to the passing of his human family, not because of any behavior or care concerns. He came from a loving home with a large yard. While he didn’t receive much leash or recall training previously, he is smart & motivated by food & toys. He is learning fast in foster care & can continue to grow with consistency. He still has verve, but is mostly a cuddly couch potato looking for quiet time & companionship. He has not had prior experience with children. He currently lives with one other dog, whom he tolerates, but he is not tolerant of cats at all. He would thrive in a peaceful, loving home where he can enjoy comfort & cozy companionship. He is a strong chewer who needs durable toys & appropriate treats, but he is well-mannered & has not shown destructive behavior toward any household items. Stays alone well and crate trained. ~7yo, 66 lbs, altered, vaccinated. Foster can transport

Story
This leading Lady will steal the show & your heart! Lady is a gentle, affectionate pup whose rehoming is due to the passing of her human family, not for any behavior or care concerns. She came from a loving home with a large yard. While she didn't do much formal training previously, she is learning things quickly & enthusiastically in foster care. Lady is eager to please, food motivated & very smart. With time & attention, she has the potential to become an exceptionally skilled & obedient companion. She loves people, but no prior exposure to children. She currently lives with another dog, but would prefer a home where she doesn’t have to compete for attention & can be someone’s special focus. She'd love learning new games, building skills & spending lots of time snuggling. She's got a big bark when startled, but calms quickly. She is well-behaved when left on her own & has not shown any destructive behaviors in foster care. 3yo, 58 lbs, spayed, vacc - records & transport avail.

Story
We adopted this dude in July. He is only just now a year old. We tend to call him (and he responds to) Dumba**. He is very active and loves to play and cuddle in bed, but some of our pets and our autistic 3 year old are not fond of him. We've tried our best to keep everyone happy, but we feel he deserves a more attentive and active family. Better with older kids and dogs that are his size or bigger, but he seems to have a high prey drive and chases cats. I think with some obedience training he would do so much better (simple commands, staying in the fence, eating slower, being gentle), but we can't afford to train all 3 of our dogs, and the other 2 come first. I think he might also make a good hunting/retrieving dog with some training. A fenced yard or spacious land is preferred for him. We would love to stay in contact with him and plan play dates as we were his first known family and truly do love him! Please help us find him a proper home he deserves!

Story
Brownie was found with her sister a little over 2 years ago. Her sister did not survive unfortunately. She is very wary and slightly aggressive towards strangers, but one treat is enough to change her attitude. She is very loving and gentle. She is very energetic and almost always jumping with joy when I get home. My ex-wife left her here a little over a year ago, and I don’t have the time to give her the attention and affection she needs. The other dog in the last photo is Cocoa, I have a profile for her as well.
