Story
Hello. This is Gracie. She was adopted from a family in Terra Haute that had a stray dog adopt them. The stray was pregnant and had a litter of 6 puppies. Gracie was adopted ay 8 weeks and is now 6 months old. She is a great dog, but still definitively is a puppy. She has lots of energy and loves playing in her pool, chasing balls around the yard, and playing tug-of-war. She also may be part beaver, because she loves chewing on sticks. She will hunt them down and chew them into smaller pieces. She has been living in a house with two other dogs, both being Jack Russel's. They play great together. She does well on walks once you get her harness on. She doesn't go up to other people or other dogs while on walks. She could use more social settings to become more comfortable. I am starting college soon and my two small children will be here this summer and unfortunately, i will not be able to give Gracie the time she needs.

Story
Oakley is a high energy brindle dog under a year old that loves to play. We got her at the humane society. She's loyal, incredibly clever, very strong for a dog her size (50-60lb) and loves warmer weather outside. She's potty trained, does well in a vehicle and is crated when we're not home. She's been in a home with two other dogs, and she's passionately curious and playful with them. Our smaller hypoallergenic dogs can get pushed around while trying to play, which is why I listed unknown with other dogs. That said, she's not mean to them. She often tries to initiate tug of war with toys with one of our dogs. We also have two small kids (8 and 10). She loves them and they love her. She is powerful though, and can pull them on walks. She does jump when kids come home, which we believe is triggered by one of our smaller breed dogs and we've had progress on training. My partner has allergies, which is the major reason we're looking to re-home her, as tough as that is.

Story
Manny and Basil are both up for adoption. Manny has the red collar and Basil the blue collar. They were found wandering the streets with their mom. They are great boys. They listen well, they picked up potty training quickly, they are patient with the kids. They struggle to walk on leashes, but they are learning. I've had them for about three weeks and they love all humans and are eager to please. They can be adopted separately or together (preferable) We have gotten the mom spayed, but have not had a chance to get the boys neutered, although, if that's a deal breaker, we'd be happy to help with the cost. It feels terrible to have to find new homes for them but they have a high prey drive and I've had a couple incidents with my cats that lead me to believe that these dogs are best in a home without cats or a home that has time and energy to train that instinct.

Story
I have two pups, Bonnie and Clyde. Bonnie is listed here. They are a pit mix, maybe a bit staffy, jack russell, even beagle. They are about 1 year old as of the end of April 2026. Bonnie is the absolute sweetest, very energetic when its time to play, athletic, but loves to lick and cuddle when its later in the evening. Very treat motivated. Very good at handling her business when you take her outside, rarely any accidents inside the house anymore. Has been through puppy training and knows simple commands when given treats as motivation. Looking for a home with multiple people to be able to give more love, and possibly kids that can help entertain and keep her busy. Fenced in yard would be ideal. Bonnie and Clyde are siblings, but I think they would be much easier to handle on their own instead of together. I have had them since August 2025, they are absolutely great dogs! They are not aggressive at all, and not shy either, very personable and friendly!
