Story
This is Walter, me and my partner have had him 6 years now. He's a couch potato most of the time but can be up and ready to play at the drop of a dime, he's a big sweetie and very tolerant of being annoyed. He's okay with dogs smaller than himself but he doesn't like sharing so the other dog would have to be very placid or single dog home. He gets along with cats and loves them. Kids hes fine with as long as they are respectful of boundaries. He is full of love to give and is trained well with obedience and some tricks. We just cannot take care of him anymore. He has so, so many toys. Its funny to watch him rummage around in his toy bins looking for a specific one. He also loves his jammies and gets excited to be dressed, and overall just a funny guy.

Our grandparents got diagnosed with dementia and aren't able to give him the love and care he deserves anymore! He truly is an amazing dog, he just need a little bit or training and room to run around!

Story
Daisy is a 7 year old mix breed dog. She enjoys long walks or runs and is great on a leash. She is trained for sit, lay down, place, kennel, and stay. She loves treat puzzles and sun basking outside. She loves getting pets and cuddling. She has anxiety which she takes daily medication for. She has required sedated nail trims. Unfortunately she is very anxious around children and will bark at them or nip if they try to pet her. She has grown up with another dog in the house and is good with dogs she is familiar with but it takes her time to get to know them to be comfortable. Attending dog daycare caused too much stress for her so is not an option for helping to get her energy out. Willing to reimburse adoption fee after 1 year in her new home.

Story
Aslan (named after the Lion in the Chronicles of Narnia series) is a good boy. It pains us to have to release him, but recovery after second baby and multiple jobs to make ends meet has proven we are not able to give him the life he deserves. He was born to a local breeder, and we got him just 8 weeks old. He quickly learned to romp and play, and caught on to potty training quick. He had some resource guarding tendencies very young, so we got him professional training and he quickly adapted and responded very well. He does decent with recall, sitting, walking on command, and place command. He rides in the car great, though his preferred spot is shotgun. He is unphased by storms and fireworks. He is crate trained (sleeps in a crate and stays in crate when left alone). And he has been so gentle and patient with tiny hands and uncoordinated toddlers pulling, tripping and driving little cars over him. Is very protective of family, so despises other dogs. Not a fan of strangers at first.
