Story
We adopted this sweet little black puppy from the Franklin County animal shelter a few months ago. He is now approximately 11 months old. We have an older dog that we've owned for about 8 years. The older dog is possessive of our new baby and my wife. George is an innocent bystander and has a great temperament, unfortunately our older dog is intolerant and making the living situation unpleasant for all of us. George doesn't bark a lot, loves to snuggle, does great on a leash and is fully crate trained. He is literally the sweetest dog I've ever known. Hello, my name is Goose. My abuser called me Clutch, so I don't like that name much. I'm a very happy pup who needs someone who can cuddle and fetch and take long naps with me. I was posted on Facebook in a crate meant for dachshund, emaciated, and covered in scars. My abusers allowed their other dogs to bite me and steal all the food. I'm doing better now, my weight is up, I've been treated for the worms I've had since birth, I did pretty well in the bath and I'm trying my best to get along with other dogs even though I'm scared. Most of the time I do okay, it scares me when another dog is getting more attention and I am food aggressive but I know no better. The lady who took me in knew she couldn't keep me but knew I needed out of the situation I was in. My perfect day is chilling on the couch watching Bluey, playing a couple games of fetch, and eating as many snacks as possible. I really love people and have no aggression towards them even with food. Just need someone to love.
