Hello, my name is Goose. My abuser called me Clutch, so I don't like that name much. I'm a very happy pup who needs someone who can cuddle and fetch and take long naps with me. I was posted on Facebook in a crate meant for dachshund, emaciated, and covered in scars. My abusers allowed their other dogs to bite me and steal all the food. I'm doing better now, my weight is up, I've been treated for the worms I've had since birth, I did pretty well in the bath and I'm trying my best to get along with other dogs even though I'm scared. Most of the time I do okay, it scares me when another dog is getting more attention and I am food aggressive but I know no better. The lady who took me in knew she couldn't keep me but knew I needed out of the situation I was in. My perfect day is chilling on the couch watching Bluey, playing a couple games of fetch, and eating as many snacks as possible. I really love people and have no aggression towards them even with food. Just need someone to love.

Story
Small dog in need of adoption. He was my elderly mother's constant companion. He is with me and my wife right now, but she is very allergic and thus we can't keep the little guy. He is a great older person dog. He likes to be pet and sleep a lot, but is also very spry and a good walker if someone likes to get out and move. Would love to find someone who needs a very housebroken companion to hang with (never one accident in the house). He is a rescue and was abused at some point, but being loved by mom has him trusting people again. He went to a great home with two elderly ladies, but he and her cat didn't get along, so he is not a good cat buddy. He was with other larger dogs before my mom got him, but he has always been by himself with her. Loving and very affectionate little fella who needs a good home and someone to keep company.
