Story
She is a lab/ shepherd/ rottweiler mix. She is 2 years old, 85-90lbs. Spayed/ Microchipped/ Up To Date On Vaccines+ potty trained. She previously lived on a farm, ran with several dogs + done well in the past living with cats. She should be on a farm/somewhere she can run around, but adapted well to living in a smaller area. She is reactive- currently only out on a leash- as she is capable of jumping a fence. She does not have experience around children. She has not shown to be aggressive, however does not know her own strength. She needs further training and responds when corrected. She is intelligent/ curious. She learned to use buttons to tell us what she wants; for example out/treat/food buttons, in 1 afternoon. She enjoys having a job to do as well. She is very sweet, active, loving and playful/ loves being the center of attention. Being rehomed to no fault of her own. Needs someone who has the time time to give her the attention/ training she deserves. She needs more space.

Story
His reason for rehoming sounds bad, but Padfoot is a sweet, loving 3 year old boy. He gets along with his brother 90 % of the time, so as far as littermate syndrome goes, it isn’t as bad as I understand it can be. However since my husband passed in November he and his brother are more on edge with each other and have had one big scuffle that makes me feel they should be separated. He is not aggressive towards neighbors or other animals. He is great with kids. My daughter lays on him and he could care less. He likes to chase squirrels, but is not obsessive over them. He has not been around cats since he was a puppy, but had a healthy respect for their space. He is fully house trained and good on a leash, but he gets nervous around busy streets and jet noise. He can be talkative if you encourage him, but otherwise does not bark a lot. We are choosing to rehome him instead of his brother because we live near the airbase and feel he would benefit more from the move.

Story
Max is a 10mo (Mar26) puppy who loves attention and being active. He enjoys cuddles and loves his toys. He is a heavy chewer so toy selection was tricky at first. He is very food/treat motivated which makes it easy to train him. He still has difficulty with potty training (more specifically in the crate) but was quick to learn where he was and wasn't allowed to go to the bathroom (on a walk/the backyard vs the carpet). Im assuming it will be easier as he grows up and can hold it better. Max has already learned a handful of commands like wait, go lay down, sit, come here/lets go, calling his name, etc. He loves other dogs and has done great at the dog park. He also has done well with my two cats the past few months I've had him. He gets jumpy at first then calm. I'm making preparations to move in the future and as my schedule fills up, I am not going to be as active with him and i don't plan to take him with me. I think his ideal home would have kids plus yard space to run around.

Story
Hi, I’m Bugle! I’m four years old, 23 pounds of pug mix personality, and I’m here to keep life lively. Now, let’s talk about me honestly—I’m not your average, easygoing pup. I’m spirited, mischievous, and bursting with energy. I’ve got a knack for finding creative ways to entertain myself, which sometimes means chewing up blankets, beds, or occasionally a cable cord. I’m still working on my potty training and guard my food. I’ll need a patient person who can help me learn better manners. I’m hyper, playful, and dramatic in the funniest ways—you’ll never wonder what I’m thinking because I’ll let you know. Here’s the thing: beneath all the chaos, I’m sweet. I love other dogs, I am good with kids, I enjoy snuggles when I’ve burned off my energy, and I’ve got a scrappy little face that makes people smile even when I’ve just caused a little trouble. I respond well to correction, and with consistency, I’ll thrive. My antics might keep you on your toes, but they’ll also keep you laughing. I’m neutered, vaccinated, heartworm negative, and currently hanging out in Hampton, VA (though I can be transported out of state for the right home). If you’re looking for a dog who’s full of personality, who will challenge you, entertain you, and reward you with affection once you’ve earned my trust, I’m your guy. I’m not perfect—but I’m perfectly Bugle.
