Meet Boog: Boog is a 9 week old (as of February 28, 2026) Newfoundland / retriever mix (best guess) that weighs about 10 pounds. Boog was surrendered by his owner to a rescuer when they decided they didn’t want him. Boog is being fostered in the south and would love to catch the March 21st freedom ride north to Pennsylvania to meet more prospective families! Boog is a very outgoing, playful and happy puppy! Boog is great with kids, dogs and people. Boog is crate trained and learning to walk on a leash. As a puppy, Boog will need some patience while he works on his house training. We would love for Boog to have a home with a fenced in yard for him to run and play freely. Boog is getting up to date on his puppy shots and will need to be neutered when age appropriate. If you are interested in giving this fluff-ball a wonderful home, please go to Charlie’s Crusaders website (www.charliescrusaders.org) to fill out an application.
