Story
Requires several intros, but worth every minute of your time. Once you build a connection with him he is the biggest cuddly marshmallow. He is estimated to be approximately 7 years young and still has so much energy and love to give. He walks wonderfully on a leash and loves a cold day for an adventure. If you're looking for a truly loyal companion Bernie would be your guy. He is up to date on all medical vaccinations and is neutered.

Story
DOB: 12/11/25                           Current Weight(as of 2/27/26): 16 Lbs Adoption Fee: $275 includes 1 week trial to ensure everyone's happiness. The “G” puppies are a litter of seven sweet sisters, born on December 11, 2025. These girls are Great Pyrenees / Anatolian Shepherd mixes, which means they’re expected to grow into very large dogs with gentle hearts and loyal personalities. All of the puppies are inside dogs and have been raised with love and care. They are sweet-natured, playful, and affectionate, enjoying both puppy playtime and human attention. True to their guardian-breed roots, they are curious and confident, with a natural tendency to explore. Because Great Pyrenees and Anatolian Shepherds are known for roaming, we are looking for homes with a secure, fenced yard to keep these sweet girls safe and happy. They will thrive with families who understand large breeds and are committed to providing structure, training, and plenty of love as they grow. If you’re ready to welcome a loyal, loving companion who will grow into a magnificent dog, one of the “G” puppies may be the perfect fit for your family. Puppies are NOT housebroken and should not be expected to wait more than 1 hour for each month of age to go out to potty. Please make sure that you have a “potty plan” in place if considering adoption. All of our puppies have been spay/neuter, wormed, microchipped, and given age appropriate vaccinations. If you are interested in meeting/adopting one of them just fill out a application at www.furrykidsrefuge.org, click on the 'Adopt A Dog' icon and a dedicated volunteer will be in touch.  Furry Kids' Refuge is in need of good quality dog and puppy food with meat as the first ingredient.  You can drop off donations at our weekly adoption events at the Lee's Summit Petco (1860 NW Chipman Road, Lee's Summit, MO), Saturdays only from 11am to 2:00 p.m.  Donations are tax deductible as allowed by law.  Would you like to foster a Furry Kid? Furry Kids' Refuge will supply the food & vet care while you supply the basic house rules & love.......win-win for all!!  Just visit our website http://www.furrykidsrefuge.org/category/fostering/  for more information. Thanks for your support!
