After treatment he spent days sleeping in bed which was heartbreaking because we felt he waited to be safe again for too long. He is a super gentle and kind soul. He is great with other cats and children. Coal is an 12yr old male cat. Coal is an indoor cat but enjoys going outside with supervision in nice weather when he gets a chance. Coal was born with a congenital condition called PPDH (Peritoneal-pericardial diaphragmatic hernia). This causes him nausea & vomiting periodically. He has an anti-nausea medication which he takes daily only when needed. (Please look up PPDH for more info on the diagnosis). Otherwise Coal has no special needs. Coal is affectionate & loves cuddling & head rubs. Due to family situation I unfortunately am needing to rehome him to a loving home

She & another kitty who was also adopted from PAWS had to come back to the shelter when their owner could no longer care for them. Ruby & her roommate turned out to dislike each other once they decompressed & were allowed out in the room together. Ruby wants very much to be an only kitty. Ruby is a beautiful long haired tabby adult who has been microchipped, vaccinated, spayed & is ready for her furever home!

According to his previous person he can be shy but likes crunchy treats. Squishmallow was also indoor/outdoor before coming to live with them and has broken a screen to get outside so his next family will have to be extra vigilant to keep this adventurer safely inside. This big handsome guy has lived peacefully with both another cat and a respectful dog but he wasn't bonded to either of them. Squishmallow just had bloodwork within normal limits, is microchipped, vaccinated, neutered & ready for his furever home!
