Her family could not take the cats due to allergies. She has a gorgeous longhair calico coat. While her sister DeLulu was very outgoing & was adopted quickly, Kali Ma takes a bit longer to warm up. Kali Ma has recently moved to an open room with a couple of cat friendly senior boys & is doing well. Kali Ma is microchipped, vaccinated, spayed & ready for her furever home!

She seems well socialized & well cared for up to this point so it's likely her previous person had a difficult decision to make & Page was lucky the neighbors were aware of her presence. Page has been an absolute peach from the moment we met her & while we haven't had the opportunity yet to test her out with other nice kitties, she hasn't given any signs of disliking them. Page is microchipped, vaccinated, spayed & ready for her furever home!

According to his previous person he can be shy but likes crunchy treats. Squishmallow was also indoor/outdoor before coming to live with them and has broken a screen to get outside so his next family will have to be extra vigilant to keep this adventurer safely inside. This big handsome guy has lived peacefully with both another cat and a respectful dog but he wasn't bonded to either of them. Squishmallow just had bloodwork within normal limits, is microchipped, vaccinated, neutered & ready for his furever home!

We rescued Odie but our resident cat is not taking to him. We tried for a year and a half. We want him to have a home he is free to frolick. He is super sweet and loving.

Meet Bear! Bear is a 4-year-old, gorgeous, fluffy black kitty who came to us when his previous owner could no longer care for him. When Bear first arrived, he had significant hair loss. After a veterinary exam, it was determined that he had been over-grooming due to stress. The good news? With time, care, and a calm environment, Bear’s beautiful fur has grown back in and the over-grooming has lessened. He’s feeling so much better and ready to find his forever home. Bear is a sweet, gentle soul who just needs a little patience. He can be shy at first and needs time to settle in and build trust with his new family. But once he feels safe, he becomes a very sweet, social, and loving companion who enjoys being near his people. He does well with dogs and other cats when introduced slowly and properly, and would thrive in a calm, patient adult-only home that understands he may need a little time to blossom.  ALL our cats and dogs are in the NY area but can be adopted out of state to the purrfect furever home.  In some cases, we can help transport.  Zani's al fresco Summer Adoptions  follow us on FB to find us this summer as we will try new locations to meet the needs of NYC and support the little stores:)     Pure arrivied to us in Apr from Saudi Arabia.  A 2.5y male Maine Coon mix is shy and afraid of  dominant kitties if he doesn't love them but is very playful and cuddly if he does. He LOVES men, so we suggest a male only household. Needs an experienced purrson to help him adjust to his new life. No young children.  History: found abandoned but too cuddly and friendly to leave behind, he was the easiest catch ever-- he just entered the carrier and enjoyed being safe indoors again. spayed/neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and tested negative for FIV/FELV.
