Persian kittens & cats in Monroe, Georgia

I recently reached out to let him know that I can no longer afford to continue covering the cost of caring for two additional cats on top of my own dog. Unfortunately, instead of continuing to help with their care, he told me that if I wanted money for them, I should just take them to the shelter. I reached out again because I don’t want these cats to end up in a shelter simply because their owner no longer wants to financially support them, but I haven’t received a response. I cannot afford to keep them indefinitely, but I also refuse to give up on them. ❤️ So I’m now looking for a loving, responsible forever home for both of them where they can be safe, spoiled, and cared for the way they deserve. If you or someone you know may be interested in giving these two a forever home, please reach out to me. And if you can’t adopt, sharing this post could make all the difference. 🙏🏽 I just want to make sure these babie

HELP ME FIND A FOREVER HOME FOR THESE TWO SWEET BABIES I’m currently fostering two 8-year-old cats who have completely stolen my heart. I originally agreed to foster them for just one month, but it has now been three months. During that time, I’ve done my best to give them a safe, loving, and comfortable home while taking care of all of their day-to-day needs. They are both such sweet boys with different personalities. One loves to play, get treats, and soak up affection. The other is more laid-back and independent. He mostly likes to chill, stay out of the way, and do his own thing. They’re both sweet in their own ways and deserve someone who will love and care for them. The original owner initially agreed to help financially with their care while I fostered them. As the foster period continued, he provided additional money to help with their expenses, but there was never a clear end date for how long I would be responsible for them. I recently reached out to let him know that

He was found one night in the middle of the road near a soccer complex at about 5 weeks old, eyes crusted shut, unable to see the cars whizzing. Thankfully one of our own was one of those cars, and she was able to get turned around and scoop him up before he got hit. Once he recovered and started to hold his eyes open, we could see that one eye was back to normal but the other had severely swollen conjunctiva, where we couldn’t even yet see the eye. Antibiotic drops and blood serum have healed it remarkably, and while there will always be cloudiness in that eye, it is evident he still has some useful vision that was preserved. It doesn’t phase him in the least, and Beckham is an active, playful, and entertaining boy looking for someone to engage with and burn off all that athletic energy!  We LOVE seeing our babies adopted in pairs… having a familiar sibling/buddy helps ease their transition to a new home, and gives them a constant companion for life.  For more great reasons to adopt a pair, visit http://www.kittenlady.org/twokittens.
