Persian kittens & cats in Cumming, Georgia

Tofu is a male half Persian that is just about 9-10 months old. Tofu is a very sweet cat who just wants love. He is pretty vocal about it and can be a little skittish at first, but once you start petting him, that engine really gets going. Unfortunately, we cannot keep him as he has some sort of GI condition that makes his poops very runny and he sometimes has accidents as a result of this. We were advised to switch to a Hydrolyzed Protein diet, but even with RFID feeders, he likes to get into the others' food. Between all the cleaning and vet bills, things have become untenable for us. We would be willing to provide a feeder and the leftover food to anyone who can take him. He needs a loving home that can really pay attention to his medical needs (financially as well as from a time obligation). Our household's jobs make it so we can't constantly be watching him and cannot afford to continue to keep him. He has gotten some of his shots, but I don't have the records on hand right now.

Hi! I’m MASON (DOB: ~01/18/2019), a male purebred Shaded Silver Persian. I was surrendered to a local animal control with several of my siblings when my owner could no longer care for me. I lacked full socialization at the time I made my way to FFRS, but now I am a good boy - making a 180° turn-around since my intake, allow petting, and I would love a calm home with someone who is patient with me. I am not shy or aggressive – I just don’t yet fully understand this whole affection thing. Sometimes I like it a lot. My main motivation is treats that make me very happy. I forget my lack of socialization skills when someone plays with me. I can be petted, but I prefer it just be my head and shoulders and I absolutely LUV my neck massages and will reach out asking for one! I will let you know when I’ve had enough petting by backing away. I have have started purring when I'm petted. I don’t seem to mind other cats as long as they are nice to me but have not met any dogs. My manners are wonderful and with patience, I may become a cat who likes to be nearby on the sofa with you or maybe even on the bed. I don’t think I will ever be a snuggly kind of guy, but I am a good gentleman and will be a good companion. Honey is the sweetest Persian in the world! She loves to be loved on and not aggressive! Get along with adults and children. Honey prefer not to be around dogs

Charlie will follow you from room to room, curl up nearby, and greet you when you get home. We've always joked that he's more like a dog than a cat because he genuinely wants to be wherever his favorite person is. He also enjoys supervised time outdoors on a harness and leash, watching birds and exploring the yard.Since our family has grown, Charlie has developed episodes of aggression that have been directed toward me only. Despite working with our vet and trying to manage the behavior, it has not improved. Because of this, we believe Charlie would be happiest in a quiet adult home where he can once again be the center of someone's attention.This has been one of the hardest decisions we've ever made. Charlie has been a part of our family since he was 6 months old, and we love him deeply. Shane & Roz (young bonded pair) were rescued from the freezing weather and are now thriving—playing hard, cuddling close, and soaking up every bit of love. Shane is playful, affectionate, and always ready for fun. And is a gorgeous longer-haired black and white tuxie. They are phenomenal cats and will do well in a home where they can spend time playing and cuddling together. They get along well with the other cats in the room. Pumpkin is a sweet soul, ready to shine in a home of her own. She and her best friend and brother Lenny joined Furkids after their owner passed away. These two were experiencing the grief of losing the only home they knew, and it took several months for them to come out of their shells. Pumpkin is still a little reserved but has shown that she is a loving, sweet, affectionate girl once she gets to know you. Those who truly know Pumpkin can see the amazing cat she is destined to be if you just give her the time she needs. Her brother Lenny is a huge source of comfort for her and his more outgoing personality helps show Pumpkin that new people aren’t so scary.
