Belmina is a gloriously soft, gentle cat. She warms to you quickly and enjoys gentle pets. She came to PAWS Atlanta because her human was experiencing some health challenges. At 3, (born in 2022) Belmina is easygoing and playful. She likes to rub herself against your legs and will jump up and sit beside you. Photos don’t really do Belmina justice. In person, she’s stunning. She seems comfortable with the other cats in her room in the cat cottage. She also loves any kind of toys or games and enjoys sunning herself in the window. Belmina is really kind of a perfect mix of playful and chill. She’s very attentive and loves being close to you.

Cartman is a senior kitty who's finding happiness and peace again after coming back to PAWS Atlanta because his owner was ill. It has been a difficult situation for both of them, and returning to the shelter after a lifetime in a home is a very hard thing. Fortunately, a wonderful foster stepped for Cartman so he could enjoy the comforts of being in a home again. He keeps a low profile, stealthily biding his time under the bed or out of sight during the day and coming out to eat and explore overnight when the fosters are sleeping. Cartman's favorite things are catnip, treats, feather wands, watching the birds out the window and having a safe place where he can relax. Having some peace and quiet to explore on his terms has been hugely helpful to Cartman, and he's starting to come out of his shell very slowly. His foster has been able to get Cartman to come close to her but he’s not yet ready for pets yet! Given enough time and patience, Cartman will blossom into a sweet senior guy who just wants a little loving. Apply to meet Cartman! Cartman's adoption fee has been covered by a secret admirer.
