About Me
Hi, I’m Missie — and I’m looking for someone who understands that the best relationships take a little time.
I’m a beautiful 5-year-old girl with a playful spirit, a soft spot for neck scratches, and just the right mix of affection and independence. I absolutely love attention… on my terms, of course. I’ll happily soak up gentle pets and hang out nearby, but I also appreciate having my own space when I’m ready for some quiet time. Think of me as the perfect “aloof admirer” — close enough to keep you company, independent enough to respect your personal bubble.
Playtime is one of my favorite parts of the day! Laser toys? Amazing. Strings to chase? Even better. I’m also very food motivated and enjoy my morning wet food followed by kibble throughout the day. When I’m not busy hunting imaginary prey, you’ll usually find me relaxing on my cat tree or entertaining myself with toys. I’m litter box trained, scratching post trained, and have a nice moderate energy level that balances playful moments with plenty of downtime.
I’m still learning to feel fully comfortable around other pets and new situations, so I’d do best with a patient adopter who understands cats and will give me time to settle in at my own pace. A calmer home without young children or overly energetic dogs would likely help me feel the safest and most secure. Once I trust you, though, you’ll discover what a sweet and loving companion I truly am.
