I’m a beautiful black, long-haired girl with a gentle soul and a quiet heart. I came to the rescue with my housemate after our person fell on hard times and could no longer care for us. While my friend Graybie has already found a home, I’m still here — waiting for someone who understands that love doesn’t always happen instantly.
I’m on the shy and reserved side, especially at first. Big changes have taught me to be cautious, but that doesn’t mean I’m not loving — it just means I need time. With patience, kindness, and a calm environment, I will slowly come out of my shell and show you the sweet, trusting cat I’m meant to be.
I’m looking for a home that understands that trust is built gently, not rushed. A quiet, loving household where I can feel safe and secure would be my dream. If you’re the kind of person who believes the most meaningful bonds take time and are willing to let me move at my own pace, I promise I’ll be worth the wait.

You can meet this furry feline friend at The PURRfect Match Adoption Center in Andover, MN. We typically have around 20 adoptable cats on site—each one eager to meet their new family. Our visiting hours are Tuesdays & Thursdays from 3–7 PM and Saturdays from 10 AM–2 PM. 14033 Round Lake Blvd NW, Andover, MN
Age and breed are based on veterinarian and intake professional’s recommendation and not guaranteed as a rescue animal’s history is often unknown. All companion animals adopted by The Rescue Crew are spayed/neutered, up-to-date on age appropriate vaccinations, tested for FIV/FeLK (cats) or heartworm (dogs), microchipped, dewormed and provided with monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventatives prior to adoption.
The Rescue Crew is a foster based rescue organization, meaning all of our adoptable pets are located in homes throughout Minnesota. We do not have a physical location where you can stop by to visit the animals - we require the completion of an Adoption Application prior to meeting any of our adoptable pets in foster care.
