Story
We are currently fostering Kitty for a friend that got her from the Humane Society in Nov. 2026, then could not keep her. She is 1 year and 4 mo. old, has all vaccines, and is spayed. Our dog will not stop trying to attack her, so we need to find a good home for her. All medical records provided. We will include the fully enclosed litterbox, litter, food, scratching post, backpack cat carrier, food and water bowls. She wants to be wherever you are and is interested in whatever you are doing. Ideally someone who works from home as she is young and likes 20 - 30 minute play sessions and has a high prey drive. She will let you know when she has had enough pets. She likes people and prefers women. We would recommend no small children as she likes to dictate contact. She is very sweet and will vocalize when she sees you and is very curious.

Story
Mama Alison is an absolute sweetheart who came to us just after giving birth to her six kittens. This sweet 2.5-year-old is looking for her forever home, now that her babies are all grown up. This pretty lady is very relaxed. She hangs out near her people and just enjoys their company. She is also very curious and loves to explore. Having lived her life as a stray before having her babies, she is fairly reserved, but it won’t take long for her to warm up.An affectionate gal, Mama A. really enjoys lounging and relaxing, along with snuggling with the resident cats (and sneaking a bit of their food when she can!). She doesn’t run and play too much, but that just means she has more time for human interaction and pets/cuddles. This sweetheart needs to go to a forever home with other friendly, gentle resident cats who can help her settle in. (No dogs, please). She loves people, but she needs them to be respectful and patient while she transitions into her new home. Calm adults and cat-savvy older children would be best for this lovely girl.Mama Alison is so ready to take the next step on her journey to a cozy indoor life. Could it be with you? Story
Geri is a beautiful, 8-year-old, silvery-gray lady looking for her forever home! Geri was one of four girls born to a feral momma in an enclosed porch of an old home. The elderly man who lived in the home brought all four of the girls into his large home and they had the run of the place. For 7-1⁄2 years, Gerri and her sisters lived very independently in the big house until her owner moved to a nursing home. When this beauty came into foster care, she was so matted it wasn’t possible to pet her except on the top of her head. Once shaved, she was so much more comfortable. Her initial veterinary appointment showed mouth inflammation, and she was scheduled for a dental consult and was diagnosed with stomatitis requiring 15 of her teeth be removed. She does wonderfully with just a few teeth -- enjoying both dry cat food and her much loved Fancy Feast Savory Centers wet food. Geri enjoys human attention but is also independent and although brought up with three littermates, she doesn’t interact with them much. She prefers to lay in the sun for her naps or sit at the top of the cat tree and watch the birds and squirrels for some “me time.” Even though she is now a mature lady, she still has her “zoomie” moments – chasing after and playing with small toys. She likes to be brushed on her head and back and is slowly getting used to being brushed on her chest and stomach – key spots to stay on top of, since that is where any matting is prone to start. Her foster has trimmed her nails, and although it is not Geri’s favorite things, she does tolerate it. Her forever humans should be committed to helping her keep her beautiful coat looking its best. Geri likes human interaction and will sit on your lap, especially when you are sitting at the computer. When she has had enough interaction, she will give a small grunt and jump down. This pretty girl currently lives with her 3 siblings but doesn't interact with them very much. She would do great in a home with humans who work from home or are around a lot, and who are okay with a cat sitting on their lap when at the computer or when watching TV. Although she has enjoyed pets from a respectful six-year-old child, Geri would probably prefer a home with older, more mature children and no other pets. A cat tree by a window would be incredibly welcome - she loves to sleep at the top. This beautiful lady has been through some upheavals and is so ready to live a cozy, loving life with her forever humans. If you’re looking for a gentle companion to while away the days with this summer, Geri is your girl! Interested in adopting or learning more about this cat? Story
Marshall and Millie are the unlikely pair you didn’t know you were missing in your home! Marshall (Orange) is a 3 year old absolute lion of a special needs sweetheart who found a best friend in 5 month old Millie (dilute tabico) who has the patience of a saint and a heart of gold! This unlikely pair will fill your home with snuggles, purrs, and endless laughter! Marshall and Millie met while in foster care and created a bond quickly- Millie entirely undeterred by Marshall’s unique strut, rambunctious play style, and occasional tendency to fall over at random ha! Marshall is clearly incredible handsome and regal in looks, but is even cuter with his wobbly strut! Marshall has cerebellar hypoplasia, or more commonly known as wobbly cat syndrome! Not to worry; he is not in pain, and the neurological condition simply affects his balance from the underdevelopment or malformation of the cerebellum, which is responsible for coordinating movement. He can live a full and happy life like any other cat; with some easy modifications for his safety and to help him get around a bit easier such as carpeted floors and blocking steep stairs. Marshall would be considered "moderate" with his CH. You can see videos of him getting around on his fosters social media pages; kittyfosterroxanne on instagram or Kitty Foster Roxanne MN on facebook to better view his capabilities! Marshall absolutely lives for scritches and brushing and snuggles! Daily grooming helps him keep his coat clean and untangled; and he is the very best patient giving the worlds best air biscuits for all of your help! He has favorite wand toys and he loves to do a big pounce, but don't tell him it’s not quite as a big of a leap as he thinks it is ha!! I hope you love to have conversations about your day... because Marshall would like to discuss it with adorable little chirps, especially before canned food time! Mostly he just loves love and any amount of attention you will give him, but doesnt mind self entertaining. You will be rewarded with big purrs and the ability to get your cute aggression out in his ginormous lion mane; he is simply one of a kind! Millie has a unique dilute tabico coat meaning she’s light grey tabby with peach undertones throughout. Millie is filled with all things sweet and curious with a ton of energy and a fun confidence that everyone and everything is exciting! She adores watching snow fall and curling up for a snuggle. She has a huge purr and LOVES a good wand toy so she can show you her flying leaps! Millie is truly a gem. And watching her befriend Marshall and engage play with him is truly something special to behold. Marshall and Millie would do best in a somewhat quiet, stable home who have lots of love to give and time to spend as both kitties truly love their people! Marshall cannot do stairs except for a couple to help him get to a couch and his litter box would need to be on one level for him! Marshall needs a bit of time with brand new people and new situations; and needs time in his favorite "safe space" cat box to observe and come out to visit at his own speed. He is exuberant in everything he does, but has never gone too far with his play or excitement and doesn’t have a mean bone in his body. Marshall and Millie are two absolute sweethearts who have a real affinity for WWE style wrestling and hilarious quirks that are sure to keep their forever humans laughing all day long. If you'd like your very own cat with the mane of a lion with a silly little lady bip bopping around him with her huge expressive eyes, consider meeting these two! They are very excited to meet you!-------- There is no guarantee of age and breed as a rescue animal's history is unknown. All ages and breeds are best estimate.Adoption fees include a mandatory sales tax of 7.525%.All cats have received comprehensive veterinary care and tested negative for feline leukemia and FIV unless otherwise stated.
