Story
Meet Margo! She was surrendered to us around 14 weeks old when she had diarrhea and the original owners could not afford the extensive veterinary care. Margo had an intestinal parasite called Tritrichomonas which was the cause of her diarrhea in addition to a couple other parasites. She has been treated and does not have diarrhea any longer and is doing great! As with most Tritrichomonas cats, she is still testing positive for the parasite despite having no clinical signs, which is common for this parasite. Cats often can carry this asymptomatically for life and because of that, they are recommended to be the only cat in the home or in a home with other Tritrichomonas cats. Margo is a sweet and spunky girl and would make a great addition to any home looking for an only cat! Please reach out if you are interested in meeting Margo! ##2758515##

Story
I rescued Mia when she was abandoned by her last owner. She is a sweet kitty and is always down for pets and loves to sit on laps and snuggle. Unfortunately with a new baby in our home, we feel it is best to rehome Mia to a new home that can give her more love and attention than we can provide for her at the moment. She is very independent and will only seek some attention once or twice a day. She does not jump on our counters or tables. She prefers her own cat box, or if sharing she needs an extra large one. She is allergic to flea bites, and will break out in scabs if she has fleas, so indoor only is ideal, or keeping her on a flea medication schedule if she is indoor/outdoor is best for her. She is currently eating Acana grasslands from Petco.

Story
Orphan Andy was born into a feral cat colony in goldendale. He was abandoned so he was bottle fed and taken care of mostly through his kitten life. We called him little orphan Annie as a kitten but when we learned he is a boy we changed it to Andy! My grandparents moved from goldendale to Redmond into a smaller house and they have 3 other cats. He does get along with the other cats but he can be a bit of an alpha male. He still has a little bit of feral in him. He tends to hide when company is over. But he is very affectionate when he is comfortable with you. The house is just too small for 4 cats! He would thrive in a 1 cat household but does live with other cats just fine. It would be best if he stayed as an indoor cat. When he lived in goldendale he would sometimes disappear for up to a week. He is located in Redmond Oregon near Eagle Crest. He is roughly 3 years old and has no special needs. He is a large cat!
