Story
Hi, I am Stella the Fella and have I got a story to tell ya! You see, as a very special Persian, you grow up, knowing that you are the center of the universe - that I am!! I have a growing family and, life has gotten busy for everybody. When my older human siblings were younger, life was ok, but we have a younger sibling that has taken some of my cuddle time and now that she is more mobile, it has become very stressful for me. I am on prescription urinary food, which, my human mom can tell you about. Anyway, my human mom is heartbroken, because she loves all of us and knows that I am very unhappy. She wants me to have a happy life in a quieter home. I do ok with older kids, we even have a dog and I am ok with it too. Slow introductions are always best with animals. I have had some outdoor time, but I could adjust to a quieter indoor only home. As a Persian, I do need for you to have Persian experience, because we do need to be brushed, and aside from being revered and the center of the universe, we do have grooming requirements. I am microchipped and am good with my litterbox. If you are interested in adopting, please fill out an adoption application.April 28, 2026, 2:02 am

Story
Winter is a Persian-Ragdoll (Perdoll) & is only available with his Perdoll daughter, Aroura (see her post). They're always together! When our daughter adopted Aurora as a kitten, Winter became depressed & stopped eating. We brought her home & immediately they returned to being inseparable. It's heartwarming to watch them together! Both Winter & Aroura are super sweet, affectionate, playful, gentle giants. Aurora will flop in from of you, exposing her fluffy belly, tempting your hand or foot for a warm tummy rub, then viscously, painlessly, engulf her prey with all her might! Winter will do the same, but we don't recommend falling for HIS tummy-trap! His prowess is fitting his 10+lbs of fluff into the smallest container possible. He's obsessed with water & loves a good fountain! They are both fabulous with kids & other pets & are treat-trained. They love going outside, rain, snow or shine, so they'll need at least a catio to get their feet wet in, so they can dry them off on your lap!

Story
Jet is about 5 years old. We got her from our daughter about 3 years ago, whose new landlord did not allow cats. We are now operating a wedding venue from our home and unfortunately need to say goodbye to our cats due to potential cat allergies of guests. Jet is friendly (especially to visitors), likes a good belly scratch, but also likes his space and doesn't normally like to be held for too long. He's a beautiful cat and deserves a good home. His "roommate" is Matza and could be rehomed with her if possible.

Story
The good about him -He is a DOLL, he is so sweet and gentle. He comes when you call him. He is good with my other cat and dogs and kids. -He is great for the groomer. -He only like cheap xxxx@xxxx.x as we call them his "captain crunch". The unique about him -After years of experimentation the only bathroom situation we have found that works is a litter box for poop and a pee pad for pee. Could other things work....possibly...do we have to adjust and adapt his bathroom situation every few years? Most definitely. He's a weird dude. Right now we've been on a good streak for about a year but anyone who takes him in should know he's fussy about this and be willing to work with him while he adapts. -Because of his unique bathroom habits he can be a stinky boy. I have him groomed about every 4 weeks but if I had the funds I would send him every 2/3 weeks. -He has always been a little underweight and the only food I can consistently get him to eat is Costco Kibble and is a messy eater

Story
Hi folks, my name is Theo. My humans are moving soon and can't take me with them. They asked SCC to reach out to the community to see if there is a family that needs a new addition to their family. So, let me tell you about myself. I might initially be timid, but once I am comfortable, I am all in. I like all of family members in my home - kids of all ages, cats and I even like the dog! Of course, slow introductions to the four-legged family members is always best. I have lived an indoor only life and that suits me fine. I am very good with my litterbox. I will be microchipped and updated on the RCP vaccine as a part of the adoption process. If you are interested in adopting, please fill out an adoption application.April 28, 2026, 2:02 am

Story
Hey ladies... my name is Bob and I could use some help. You see, I moved in with a different family member when my human mom couldn't keep me anymore. Well, life is good with the two legged family members but there is a cat that is just not nice to me. My humans know that I am not thriving, so, they asked SCC to help me to find a new home, where I can live out my senior years. So, about me, I am about 10 years old and would be a great lap cat for somebody that is home more. I do ok with kids of all ages - even better if they can hold a brush, because I do like being brushed. I have no dog experience, so we can skip that. As for cats, if they are nice, I could adjust. Slow introductions are always best.I have lived an indoor life and that suits me just fine. I will be brought current on my RCP vaccine and microchipped as a part of the adoption process. I am very good with my litterbox. If you are interested in adopting, please fill out an adoption application.April 28, 2026, 2:02 am

Story
Hi, my name is Lucy and my brother, CH - Chris and I are looking for a very special person. You see, our human mom took us off the streets as feral cats when we were really young - as cats go, but probably as feral cats go, really too late to 'flip us', to be regular house cats. She really loves us! But time, of course, is the demon of our fate. You see, she went into assisted living and was unable to take us with her. My brother Chris, he is really my protector - kind of like my emotional support animal (and I am his). He is way more outgoing than I am, so, if you are looking for a 24/7 lap cat, he would be the one, but you see, we are a package deal. He is my voice. Because we are ramping down on 12 years old, SCC got us a senior blood panel and in the scheme of things, we are doing alright. Our foster person tricked me into getting into a carrier - - not cool, but I got a sedated shave of my belly, and my 3 yr rabies shot during that 'adventure' - - - So, let me tell you about me. I am a petite girl (most of what you see in my pictures is fluff) I am under 8 pounds. I am a timid girl My brother is a bit more outgoing and he is my mighty protector. As you can see from our pics, we are very bonded and are often perched together by the window, watching the world go by. We also like to play with catnip mice inside crinkly, kitty tunnels. Our foster has a camera in the room and watches us play. We would be best in a quiet home environment, retirees that live a quiet life, and are home more. If friends or family do come to visit, they might not see us, but you should know that we will be waiting for your company to leave so that we can come out. As you might assume, kids are a bit noisy for us, and even though we had a dog in our lives before, we can do without that. We are current on our vaccines and microchipped and are very good with our litterbox. If you are interested in adopting, please fill out an adoption application.March 7, 2026, 3:28 pm
